I’ve been taking my Mercedes to Eurosport for the past 5 years after a recommendation from a friend (a Master ASE certified mechanic) and have had nothing but superior service. This place is top-notch in customer service and I’ve always felt that I was being dealt with honestly. The technicians here are impressive – they’re friendly, efficient, know what they’re doing and explain things in language that a non-tech can understand. Gary, the owner, is outstanding and he truly treats customers with respect. I even had a bit of an emergency repair situation today and these guys took care of it quickly and helped ensure that my work day wasn’t completely disrupted. This is NOT a place that is going to tell you about a bunch of repairs that you really don’t need to have done. There are plenty of places around that will cheat you but Eurosport is absolutely not one of them. They will tell you about necessary repairs and the time frame that you need to consider when fixing things. The two negative reviews from earlier in the year are from the same person (using the same gripe) so keep that in mind and take it with a grain of salt…sounds more like someone with an ax to grind than a legitimate review. I wouldn’t trust my import to any other place in the metroplex. Try Eurosport…you won’t be disappointed!

I decided to take my car here after extensive Google review research which appeared to be very good. I was looking forward to having a solid, reliable mechanic. I was greatly disappointed. A two-day at most fix turned into a week long holding cell for my car. After explaining to them what was wrong with my car, three days later (with no work attempted on it) I call them to ask about the progress and they have me come in (even though I didnt have a working vehicle) and tell them what was wrong again. Finally they got to work at a sluggish pace and finished a relatively easy job.The labor was a little pricier than other places. Was this the end? Oh no. A few weeks later while taking my car in to get it inspected for registration renewal, Firestone finds out that a part that needed to be replaced. That part happened to be what Europsport claimed to have fixed prior. I took it back to Eurosport with my original receipt and wasted another two-days for them to fix something easy again. This time they finally did it. What a let down. The only thing they had going for them for me was their friendliness.

This is a service and repair shop that really operates on a level beyond what you would expect. From the moment you open the door you are warmly greeted at the front and explained your situation and options. The guest lounge is nice, and ever has an internet cafe which I appreciated. The technicians are able to quickly find issues and get cars out, and they even call you later to "check in" and make sure you are doing OK. Very cool of them. Talking with the owner Gary I was impressed with his attitude and professionalism. I asked him if they do a lot of discounts and coupons and he said no. He told me that he believes in quality service for a fair price all the time, not just because you have a coupon. He did say that once a year around Christmas he sends out something nice to past customers. Looking forward to whatever that is this Holiday season, hah! All in all, this is a place I would recommend to anyone with a Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, VW or Jaguar. Way cheaper than dealer prices, much friendlier, and much easier to deal with overall. You wont regret it.

My experience at Eurosport Automotive was nothing short of phenomenal. The friendliness, timeliness and professionalism of the staff, in particular Adam the front desk writer and the tech Jerry had completely blown me away. They took fantastic care of my 2012 Volkswagen Golf R as it came in for a clutch change and mounting of Euro-Spec LED tail-lamps and even updated my APR tune to the latest version. Adam then proceeded to work with me on the pricing, resulting in the fact that I received an incredibly reasonable charge for the excellent quality of work and service performed. I am an immensely satisfied client and will absolutely recommend Eurosport to all my friends, colleagues and family. Fantastic work, guys! Thanks a ton for everything. P.S. It goes without saying that this will be the place where Ill take my Golf R for a full Stage III APR mod. I can not wait for that moment!

Clueless people. Kept my car 3 hours and came back with the codes as got them off the obd2 reader, let alone I had the reader in the glove compartment and knew already the codes this anyone could have done at autozone. Further they tried to sell bs work for 250$ things like checking sparkplugs coils and gas quality all these were not related to the codes or symptoms of the car. Better seek expertise elsewhere or if you really feel like paying for nothing feel free to visit them. Better yet you should donate the money; doing this out of free will might make you feel less stupid. I dont deny thay they could be good at changing parts but that is hardly expert mechanic job... They should be called incompetency @work!

I have done business with Eurosport in Dallas for many years and I would recommend them to a Anyone. that is looking for an excellent automotive shop, that is always reliable . Their staff is very knowledgeable and their mechanics do top notch work! And their prices are competitive with anyone. These guys have always taken care of me and treated me like I was important to them, even when I wasnt buying anything at the moment. They are locally owned and operated and the employees and management truly seem to care about their customers. I have a BMW and their service has Never let me down! Thank you Eurosport---You all have a great group!

These people are sad and they do not fear God all they care about how they can charge more money . I went there to fix my BMW and they said $ 1100. it will cost you but I went somewhere else and fix MY BMW for 289.00 look at the different . They rip off people all the time . GREED . they do not care about you . Trust me you can save a lot of money if you shop around . one time they bust my gas tank and they did not tell me after they fix it ,I pick it up my car and I went to fill gas in it and gas pouring on the ground . Eurosport are not honest people

The guys at Eurosport Automotive (Adam and Kris) were very courteous, knowledgeable and honest. They gave me a quote over the phone, booked an appointment and explained the process with clarity. Since I had to drop the car before work, theycame and picked me up from my workplace to ensure I had no worries while my car was being repaired. I want to thank them for going ABOVE and BEYOND while fixing my repairs and fixing other issues I had planned to fix in the future (no charge). I am truly thankful for the blessing I received. I highly recommend Eurosport!

Horrible Experience. I brought in my Mercedes last year to Eurosport Automotive to fix my ac. In the process of fixing my ac unit, my windshield wiper quit working. I brought it back in for them to fix that and they told me the entire windshield wiper unit had to be replaced. This windshield wiper was working until these guys fixed my ac. This was there fault and they didnt admit to it or try to make up by repairing it. Eurosport Automotive has done nothing for me to trust them or recommend their business.
