The new facility looks nice and the people look nice, too, but one of them, the guy named Kevin, was really very rude and his attitude was so bad! The first time I went there, he gave me a good impression, but when I went there the 2nd time because my tires didnt have enough air pressure, and I thought they checked it since my service included 25 points checks (whatever they call it!), his attitude totally changed. First I showed him that my tire pressure was only 28 in 3 tires, only one has 32, he said 28 is ok. I then asked him if he could pump some air for me and brought all of them to 34 because I understand that with the car having run for a while, and the tires got hot, the air pressure will increase. First hes saying that no matter hot or cold, the tire pressures wont change. When I insisted that all 4 tires need to have the same pressure value, he went ahead and pulled some air off my 32- tire, and told me that all tires now had the same value! This left me totally speechless! I I reiterated that I need more air in my tires, he became very impatient, and asked me "are you crazy?!" and further claimed that I must have got mental illness. I now had nothing to say. I promptly left, and swore to myself, "ILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE!" I wouldnt recommend this store to anybody who would ask me!

Integrity 1ST Automotive, there is a reason that Integrity modifies Automotive. Let me give a little background about myself, I spent the first three years of my collegiate career studying Physics/Mechanical Engineering before I came the the realization that I would rather pursue a different degree path. With that being said and working on family cars for a number of years, and having experience with mechanical design and fabrication; I am one of those people you hear about that are very anal retentive about who touches their cars. Fortunately for Kevin and his staff, they are the only shop that has ever and will ever touch my car. Integrity performs all of their work with excellence, this is what draws me to use their services. I really wish that I could leave more stars for a review because Integrity 1ST Automotive deserves more. I highly recommend this shop because of the character of the employees and management, they are upright in their ways and do excellent work!

Friendly service, went above and beyond what I paid for. I brought my car in for an inspection, only to have them tell me I didnt actually need one for the next 10 months (Im new to Texas). I figured I might as well get my oil changed while Im there, and they had it done in about 15-20 minutes. When I got out to my car, I realized they had also corrected a low tire pressure alert that I had been ignoring, as well as filled up my windshield wiper fluid (which was completely bone dry when I took it in). They did not tell me they did those things, nor did they charge me for the windshield washer fluid. I have no idea if their prices are competitive (I know next to nothing about cars), but they were super friendly, informative, and in general made me feel welcome. I will probably be back. Word of advice - check their Facebook page for deals before you go in, I could have had an extra $10 off my oil change if I had mentioned a particular post.

Clean, fast, friendly, and economical. Mechanics know their business, even on my car, which is one of 854 ever built. Manager is intelligent, friendly and highly qualified to meet your needs at best possible price. This place is convenient, has two WiFi I-pads or WiFi for your device if you need to wait. Great coffee and a pleasant place to spend time. Mechanics do their job and do not try to get you to buy unnecessary extra items. I had them check my suspension after another shop tried to sell me $2800.00 worth of replacement items in a sports car that drives perfectly. They said I needed nothing. As an engineer, I resent being a target for FID,(i.e. Fear Intimidation and Doubt). It is so refreshing to find, again, honesty in a repair shop. I am happy to recommend this place. Did I say it was clean in the waithing room and in the shop floor?

I first saw this place because I had a nail in my tire and needed to get it fixed before going to work. They were able to fix my tire and change my oil in 30 minutes so I was able to get to work in time. I decided to have them replace my tires and rear struts when they were worn out over NTB because Integrity first shopped for the best valued tires so I was able to get everything fixed on my car for 3/4 of the cost. The service from Kevin was impeccable because he was able to communicate with me in a timely manner to get everything taken care of the way I wanted it done. I was also impressed by the facility because it is very clean and homey. I highly recommend letting these guys service your car because they are honest and straightforward about what your car needs and what services can wait.

Fantastic experience. Kevin and the guys will take care of your car in as quick and cost-effective a manner as possible all while providing you with the best experience you have had at an auto body shop. They will take your car same-day and work hard to get in done by when they say. I live right down the street, and I am often tempted to stop in to say hello because the staff is so nice. I own a car that lots of shops like to gouge me on price for, and these guys kept it reasonable to the point of disbelief. They have definitely won all of my future business. Update as of 9/13/16--I now have a second car that I have them do work on, and I have never been disappointed. Between Kevin, Phil, and the rest of the guys, any questions you have will absolutely be answered.

I met Kevin in a desperate situation when I needed guidance for my Lexus Rx330 when it broke down like hell. Kevin has been nothing but a genuine gentleman who took the time to explain me what the issue with my car was, explained me what it takes to fix it. Not to mention, his cost to repair and time to get me back my vehicle was significantly less (more than 50% less) then my previous "Car GUY" from the same neighborhood. I can confidently say that these guys are not only best, but someone who has the real integrity as in their name and treat people with dignity and respect, and more importantly very much upfront about the costs and time it takes to fix. I definitely feel like I get family treatment without a doubt.

I will never go anywhere else for my cars needs! They take very good care of my car (and ME)! I had a tire blowout & they sent someone to get me, made sure I was OK while waiting for the tow, fixed my tire in a snap, & sent me on my way! After that I came in due to brake noise, & they drove me around like a racetrack (which was fun) to recreate the noise (but couldnt), but they STILL inspected my brakes to make sure everything was fine & assured me the car is safe to drive. They take their customers seriously, their service seriously, & we need more places like them! They dont just sell parts, they research to get the best parts at the best deals. Everyone should go here!
