I usually do not write reviews, but my experience here at this particular Meineke station prooved to be so poor that I felt it was important to notify you all. When I got there there was nobody working the front desk. After a few minutes waiting, I went to the garage and found the only two employees there, sitting in the corner. When I asked about a certain promotional item they had, his first and only thing he said was "Why did you park over in the front lot?? You should have just parked here." The way he condescendingly said it was plainly unprofessional. He takes me inside to the front desk. As he gets the computer ready to get my info, he holds himself like a tired, unenthusiastic employee. The only thing running through my mind is, WHY SHOULD I PAY THIS GUY??? He portrays this attitude like he is doing ME a favor, or as if he has to go out of his way to help me. I am sorry but I have to work hard for my money, and why should I pay to a place that does not show respect nor attempts to convey any sense that they will do a GOOD job with my car. He seems to be in his twenties, so perhaps he lacks training or experience in customer relations. I am sure not all Meineke places are like this, but this one is one I will never go to.

Lord have mercy, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I highly doubt that is a legitimate business they provide you with. Lets start with the worst, the cost for the repair ended up being THREE TIMES the amount than stated as they first inspected the car. The repair took 6 days, instead of 3, which is hard to handle cause all their loaners are always gone and you have to juggle your own cars or get a rental car… Very strange. They close at 6pm, also they are suppose to have hours until 7pm, they never return your calls. They just SUCK and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! I am so frustrated and disappointed, people seem to have no values for right and wrong anymore. They ordered parts without confirming with me and just charged me for a ridiculous amount of small parts, which goes along with that they never call you anyway…!!! WORST EXPERIENCE

Great Place! These guys are really nice, I am a female so I it very hard for me to trust places like this because they usually take advantage of me since I know nothing about cars. Mike was the gentleman who helped me and I say gentleman because thats exactly what he is. He put my mind at ease and even gave me a loaner car so I wouldnt have to worry about transportation. Its so nice to know that they are not goung to take advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge. I love this place! Thanks Mike!

I dropped my car off at 9am to get the oil changed and my tail lights replaced. I had to call them twice to find out where they were on it. Finally, I just went to pick it up at 5:30 ... all they had done was replace my tail lights and they charged me $90 for a diagnostics that I did not need. My car was there all day and they couldnt manage to change the oil like Id asked.

Despite reviews on here, I was in a bind and took my car here. Customer service was excellent, Sammy went above and beyond to accommodate me. The hourly rate was above what I would have expected, they the book to calculate hours. that is almost industry-standard and cant fault them for that. Service was very speedy. Overall I would recommend.

These guys are pros obviously. Took my wifes volvo in, it was a 2002, that needed a lot of suspension work done and a few other odds and ends. They got all the parts and installed in no time at all. Kyle the service manager is one of the best people Ive ever worked with and is extremely helpful. Id recommend these guys anytime.

Not sure what any of the negative reviews are about, Roy has always taken great care of me and has even gone out of his way to save me money when possible. These guys give fair estimates and I can count on them to treat me with respect and honesty every time!

I had three other mechanics looks at my Lexus Hybrid after Sewell needed a new transmission (less that 90k miles on it). They put the car up on the lift, and then showed me. Merely built up radiator fluid. No charge. These guys know their stuff.

They had our car for a month, far from before. Bumper had a pucker that never did go in, some kind of dark primer in places it didnt belong. Didnt notice that the bottom of the hatchback rubbed on the bumper. just a smoke an mirror job

Overseas Service Haus has always service my BMW and My Jag to the up most perfection. I never had any problems with the cost or the service techs. all the employees were helpful and contacted me during the repairs to keep me informed.
