Compre el auto (Toyota Camry) hace tres meses (julio 2014) en el dealer CAMARENA AUTO (Gran Praire Tx). Mi sorpresa fue que a pesar de que el odómetro marcaba 141.000 millas. El coche tenia en realidad 225.000 (comprobado por CARFAX). Lo he traído a Cristián Brothers Automotive - North Dallas en tres ocasiones. La primera para reparar todo lo que estaba mal tras la compra, la segunda y tercera por un cambio de aceite y un sensor estropeado. En las tres me han ofrecido un servicio extraordinario. El personal, concretamente Luis es maravilloso. Confirmo todos los aspectos positivos mencionados en las anteriores reviews. Traer el coche aquí supone tener algo q no puedes comprar, seguridad y confianza. Un saludo a todos sus trabajadores y animaros a que sigáis haciendo ese estupendo trabajo. I bought the car (Toyota Camry) three months ago (July 2014) at the dealer CAMARENA AUTO (Grand Prairie Tx). My surprise was that even though the odometer showed 141,000 miles. The car actually had 225,000 (checked by CARFAX). Ive brought it Christian Brothers Automotive - North Dallas three times. The first time to fix everything that was wrong after the purchase, the second and third times for an oil change and a faulty sensor. In all three have offered me superb service. The staff, specially Luis is wonderful. I confirm all the positive aspects mentioned in previous reviews. Bring your car here means having something you can not buy, security and confidence. Greetings to all employees and encourage them to continue doing the fantastic job.

I knew that my car would eventually need a new motor but their were some things that could have been done to keep it running at least 6 months until I decided to trade it in or sell it. Luis told me that they could get the car running for 6 months to a year, then proceeded to break down a list of other things the car needed on the invoice such as water pump and other parts. When I paid for the car and went home the car only worked for 2 days, the check engine light came on and the car started smoking and now will not drive. My car was driving before the repair. It was in worse shape then it was when I took it to Christian Brothers, Nothing was fixed but the power steering fluid. Apparently, I wasnt the only one with problems because when I took it back to see why it was not working properly, there was another customer complaining that their check engine light was coming on and that their was something wrong with their ac and other things after their repair with Christian Brothers as well. This had me nervous that maybe they didnt know what they were doing. Now Luis is very knowledgeable guy with great customer service, but I dont know if the actual guy that was fixing my car was young and inexperienced or straight out of mechanic school or what.But apparently he didnt know what he was doing because Ive had the same problem with my car before and I used a street mechanic that had my car running great within a few days, however he is usually busy, so i decided to get it done fast at Christian Brothers. Christian Brothers charged me $150 more that the street mechanic but they couldnt get the work done. This experience makes me not want to use a commercial shop again as Ive had more luck with street mechanics. I dont know whether Luis lied to me just to get my business knowing my car wouldnt work or if their mechanic wasnt as experienced as the mechanic I normally work with. They had me pay for all these parts for the car but was absolutely clueless about what to do with it.

This Christian Brothers location was recommended to me by Discount Tire along North Central Expressway. I called December 30, 2013 to set up an appointment for the next morning through Luis, the store manager. My wifes Crossfire needed the alignment checked. The following morning, I dropped off the vehicle and was shuttled to work within 5 minutes of my arrival. Luis called me later that morning and said that the lower ball joints were loose and required replacement ASAP. He indicated that this was a big contributor to the alignment problems and could be a bigger problem if not taken care of soon. I told him to go ahead and replace them. Luis called me later in the day to inform me that my vehicle was ready. I requested a shuttle service and it arrived within 30 minutes. Upon my arrival, Luis showed me the results of the alignment check before the repair, after the repair and after the final adjustments. The results went from completely out of tolerance (red) to completely in tolerance (green). Before I left, I meet Michael, the owner. Everyone, including Luis and Michael, were very friendly and courteous. I was extremely pleased with the service and quality of work of this Christian Brothers location. I loved the shuttle service since I can leave my vehicle as long as required and my work day is not interrupted. I highly recommend this Christian Brothers location!

Luis was friendly and his co-worker. They took my car in at 8:20am without setting up an appointment. They changed my oil, resurfaced my front rotors, changed the front brakes, cleaned the back brakes, and did a state inspection. They were finished at 12:20pm (4 hrs.) Total cost was $400. They changed me $64 to knock the dust out of my rear brakes. Included in that charge was 11 dollars for a 1 can of brake clear! You can buy a whole box for that price, maybe more depending on the discount that they receive from AutoZone. Also, they charged 54 dollars for labor. This little job was totally unnecessary! They told me that needed to adjust my drum brakes, but that is only needed when you change out your brakes. The co-worker told me I didnt need to change my front brake because they were at 50%, but then added in that he didnt want me to have to come in again after six month, so I should get them done. Not fully thinking, I agreed. I wish I did not agree to that. In summary, very nice people and place, but they over charged me and talked me into doing something I now regret. I blame myself for this because I should have done more research. Got a call from Louis, the manager. He apologized for the inconvenience and misunderstanding that took place. He explained the process of cleaning the back brakes and the charges involved. I will give this place a second chance.

Their service goes above and beyond!!! I dropped my car off this morning because of a shake I was feeling at highway speeds. I have an infant and was also not feeling well today. An employee at the store drove me and my child home using their shuttle service. Later in the day they called to let me know that they thought the problem was actually related to my tires and with my permission they would drive it to discount tire for service. Discount tire confirmed I needed new tires and began the work. At 5:30, I received a call from Christian Brothers asking if I wanted to be picked up by their shuttle and taken to Discount Tire to pick up my car. My husband was already en route home so this was not necessary but I greatly appreciated the gesture. We had no bill at Christian Brothers yet they still showed this type of service!! Their shuttle service is a huge win, especially for moms who want to get home for a little to nap. I also loved that they saved me the time and hassle of getting to Discount Tire! Highly recommend their service.
