I called this company for a quote to fix the broken screen on my daughters Samsung galaxy note 4. They gave me a quote of 100$. Which I then got very excited because a different store wanted to charge 249$. So, the lady on the phone (Ms. Winslow) asked me if I would like to make an appointment. I made the appointment. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and told the lady at the desk I had an appointment. She asked me if I was sure. At that time I brought up my confirmation email and showed her. She then said, no problem we can help you. She was taking the information down and a gentleman from the back comes out. He starts to talk to me about the repairs. At first he says the repairs are going to cost 249$ because they have to take the entire phone apart. I became very angry and told him I was given a different quote and have it in writing. I told him I would not have come over here, I would have stayed where I was originally. He said, well I can offer you 10% off. I said that an insult. You should honor your quote. Then he said, well we dont have the part right now, we would have to order it. Dont go here!!!! They dont take care of their customers and dont honor their written quotes. You can build a business by treating your customers this way.

I brought my phone to get a new mic since mine wasnt working. They took about two weeks to order the part and fix, but when I got it home, I found that it was not fixed...the same mic problem still existed. When I called Cellaris and asked them if they tested the mic before telling me that it was fixed and ready for pick-up they said "no". What!?! Why would they not test their fix!?! The excuse is that they have no SIM...what! How do they expect to ever test any of their repairs. It is like taking your car to the mechanic to change a starter, then having him call you to pick it up, only to find out when you arrived that it doesnt work and they didnt even try to start your car to see if the starter worked. Terrible...three wasted trips later, I have no fix...

Great customer service repair shop found them by chance just walking through Walmart. They fix a variety of phones and nearly all the hardware components in them, while also servicing tablets (iPads, Galaxy tabs) and computers. I was helped by Marc (asst. manager) and he was very helpful and patient with me and all my questions. He even managed to get my phone that looked like it was thrown out of a car back to brand new! When you stop by be sure to check out the TPP it comes with a free case, glass screen protector (that he put on free!) and unlimited screen fixes at no charge! Any ways thanks again Marc and Cellairis Ill be sure to send business your way!

Terrible customer service! Cheap parts! The 90 day warranty is a joke! Stay away!! I had an iPhone 6 screen repaired here and literally 15 minutes later the screen cracked whiled wiping the screen. The technician (Marc) and the Manger (Patricia Moore) told me they could not help me but I could buy another screen at a discounted rate of $109. Corporate was also unhelpful. Luckily I called the Bandera location and the great staff there took care of me at no cost. Im still nervous about the parts being used (far from OEM quality) but at least I didnt double pay. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Stay away from this location, go to Bandera.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove from out of town to have my iPad screen fixed. The guy that was there said "I dont fix things. You can bring it back tomorrow morning at 9am". I drove BACK to San Antonio the next day. Arrived at 10am and the store was closed down. Even though the sign clearly shows they open at 9. I waited an hour and went back. The guy was sitting there doing nothing. I asked him about replacing the screen and he said it would be the NEXT day. I said "your website says 45 mins...completed while you wait". He said he cant help "what other people write on a website". Nope. Bad business folks. No thanks.

First time coming into this place and I have to say it was a great experience. Fantastic customer service! Marc did an amazing job of explaining to us how he would repair my phone. I also wanted a case that not only looked nice but provided great protection. He showed us how to customize as well as walked us through looking for exactly what my son wanted. Amazing job! Would definitely recommend this place. When you go in ask for Marc he is the man to see.

After going to a place called "smart phone repairz" twice and having such a bad experience/having to get my money refunded back because of the bad service , going to cellairis was such a relief. The manager working there was very nice,VERY helpful, and very professional. Thier prices were great because they had a special that day on LCD screens so it only cost me 200$. Definitely will be going here from now on and recommending others to you guys! :)

I came in and had my screen replaced. Marc was very personable and professional. He recommended I get a better case to protect my phone but I declined because I was planning on trading up in a few days. Wouldnt you know it: I broke another screen just two days later. Marc and were able to laugh about it but he remained professional and showed true concern. Look for Marc when you come here... He does great work. ~Ron

Nice Staff, Straight-forward service. I tried to do a repair on my glass only screen. I accidentally broke the digitizer. Well, cost of digitizer plus labor was $199 other place would charge $250. So I saved $50, Though I could of saved $200 if I had repaired it on my own successfully...

Went to replace my iphone 6s plus charging port since i got rice stuck in it (i know im dumb) but the service i got here was great! A guy named turk helped me and fixed it in less than 30 minutes and the price was great Most Def. Recommend for anyone trying to fix a device!

Not only was the service way faster then the expected time, Eduardo was very professional, respectful, and punctual with calling as soon as my phone was ready. Hope to not have to come back for a broken screen but if I do, it will definitely be here.
