We sustained two days without hot water before determining that the issue was associated with our Bradford White gas water heaters rather than outside sources. The morning of the second day (Friday), my husband and I proceeded through a multitude of troubleshooting steps to resolve the situation on our own. After realizing that the large buildup of corrosion might be signaling a larger issue that could possibly exceed our proficiency levels, we decided to seek professional help. We made several phone calls to plumbing companies listed on Home Advisor, and eventually chose Mr. Plumber Plumbing Company (MPPC), because they were willing to respond to provide plumbing service on a Friday afternoon/evening... MPPC plumbers, Chris and Robert, identified several issues with our water heaters to include pinholes in each tank (through which leaks which created additional problems over a period of time), faulty gas valve on one of the heaters, malfunctioning heating elements on the other and initial installation of galvanized materials (which exacerbated the buildup of corrosion)... Due to the fact that we would able to receive brand new water heaters since our current ones were still under warranty, and so we decided to coordinate for installation on Monday and agreed to pay the labor costs associated with this option accordingly. The labor cost for the two 40-gallon gas water heaters were higher than I expected ($2100), but the military discount made it a little easier to accept. Chris and Robert took the time to procure and install a temporary water heater and new gas valve to ensure that we had access to water over the weekend, which we greatly appreciated. Monday morning, Chris and Joseph arrived promptly and installed two new gas water heaters and expansion tanks... Based on our observations, they did so quite thoroughly and efficiently. They also took the time to replace some of the old inferior fittings with brass ones as applicable. Chris addressed all of our concerns, answered all of our questions regarding periodic maintenance and offered tips to help extend the life our water heaters. Of note, we do plan to upgrade to tankless water heaters prior to the expiration of the 6-year warranty associated with our Bradford White gas water heaters. Due to the same-day response, overall timeliness, courteousness and professionalism of the three MPPC plumbers who completed the job, my family and I will call on MPPC for future plumbing needs.

I after 10 years of living in SA could say that Mr. Plumber is the "very best". I have been living here 10 years with another plumber, until I met Justin from Mr. Plumber. Until now I feel I am safe in water issues pertaining to my house. Justin resolved so many issues at my house, making it safe and easy for me. I showed him my room floor and he told me it was a leak, then after doing discovery he found the pipe leak, it was a brake in the slab in the exterior of my house, ( looked like there was already a problem the wall showed-concrete been opene and painted) but Justin handled it by locating precisely where the pipie leak was, I even asked him how did you fund it at the first looking for it, did you use a H2O GPS? and he said no, well thats how good he is the cut of the walk outside was short and found the leak. He worked very profesionally. He drained boiler from attick, installed a new boiler in garage and replaced the very hard to handle/read water softener my old plumber installed. I am very happy, and feel very blessed and protected, by having Mr Plumber and "Justin", to help me resolve water sits here at my home. Thank you very much, Frances Williams

I am very picky when it comes to hiring for work. Im the type who always feels like the repair person is trying to rip me off. I can honestly say that I did not feel this way when I called Mr Plumber. They were up front, honest, and fair about their pricing and the quality of the work was excellent. Ben was the repairman who came out and he was very knowledgeable about the type of leak I had. He knew exactly where to cut so that the wall repair was minimal and knew exactly where to look to find the leak and the best angle to do the repair from. He was clean and left no mess behind. He worked quickly and diligently without taking any breaks. He not only fixed my leak, but he also fixed the problem that caused it when my house was fixed and he included that in the original price quote. He did not nickel and dime me. I also got a disabled veterans discount which was really generous and much appreciated. I dont always take stock in Google Reviews, but given the amount of positive reviews Mr. Plumber had, I thought Id give it a shot and I am glad I did. I will use Mr. Plumber in the future should I need it. (Hopefully I wont any time soon)

During a frightening and unexpected emergency resulting in a large amount of water pouring from my upstairs bathroom down upon my dining room table and kitchen counter… Mr. plumber what is the company that kept coming up during several searches of the web for "emergency plumbing repair" with a top rating. I even called my go to air-conditioning service and repair company, Champion AC... and ask them for a recommendation… Once again, it was Mr. Plumber. How could I ignore that? Thats who I called. Within a short hour and a half, I had Justin with Mr. Plumber here at my house. He was my polar opposite that day: calm and collected while I was frantic and distraught. I let him do his thing well I try doing something unrelated to the water disaster and two hours later, I had the problem diagnosed and fixed! The price was much more affordable than I ever would have expected, too! Thank you, Justin and Mr. Plumber!!!

Major leak where my regulator valve was at. Your employee Zachariah came accessed the problem an calmly reassured me he would take of of it. He was willing to start last night at 8p I told it was ok shut water off an come back next day. As promised he showed up st 8a and in 2 hrs had problem fixed. The icing on the cake was he was able to fix it and save me additional 50$ Your employee was friendly, knowledgeable abt his job an made me to feel its ok it is not as bad as it looks and he was right!! I would like the great job your employee did duly noted an know that your company has my business for life! I will always pass along your number to any friends or family needing a good plumber!! Now I know why your company had a 5 start rating when in my panic I googled plumbers and saw your company! Thank you again and the WONDERFUL JOB! I have had the pleasure of being a customer of Mr. Plumber for 11 years. Spanning 2 houses. I take Mr. Plumber with me wherever I move. Recently right before Christmas I had a flood in my yard and Saws came out twice and did some work in the street and front of my water main. I realized after 2 times with Saws that I really needed My Plumber. Of course I called Mr. Plumber who has always been there with any need or emergency. Troy and Chris were prompt as ever and worked diligently to make everything right even though the pressure of Christmas was upon us both. They care about their customers and always put their needs first, no matter what. What a wonderful world if we could all find this kind of integrity in all our business connections .
