SAWS (San Antonio Water Service) broke the pipe on my side of the meter and didnt want to fix the issue. Bluefrog Plumbing were to be my backup if SAWS didnt fix the issue. It looked like SAWS was hesitant until the Bluefrogs plumber stopped by. I Guess they figured they needed to fix it if another professional could prove it was their fault. I was so grateful for all the information and help from Bluefrog Plumbing that I offered to pay something but they kindly refused and just ask for the business if anything should come up. I cant say enough about this company. Once you call you will see for your self how this company is run from the helpful receptionist to the helpful plumbing service.

Yesterday my very old water softener decided to spring a leak. Thankfully I have neighbors that turned off my water at the main and then called SAWS to contact me. Anyway, I call Bluefrog Plumbing at about 3:45 and Thomas drives up to my house around 4:30. Super fast, and so professional. Thomas took a look at the situation and within minutes had figured out what needed to be done and had an estimate for me. I was very pleased with the price and he got to work. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Thomas answered everyone of them with a smile. He is even going to come back to take away the old water softener. Super company and Thomas is the best. Thank you for all the help.

I had a water heater that broke and was spilling water out of the attic. I called Bluefrog and they were at my house within 45 minutes on a Friday night. Roberto was the technician who showed up. He was professional and gave me all my options. There was no pressure or upsale which I was appreciative of at the time. I decided to have them replace my unit and I couldnt be happier with the job Roberto and Bluefrog did for me. Roberto went above and beyond in his service. I would use them again for any plumbing needs I have and would recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch plumbing company at a fair price.

We had a slab leak. Mike came out, assessed the problem, and scheduled repair. On the day of the repair, I received a phone call from Bluefrog letting me know when to expect the team. Mike and his assistant were personable, polite, accommodating, and professional. Once Mike found the problem, he explained exactly what was needed to be done and how much it would cost. While I hope that I wont need a plumber for a long time, I know that I will definitely call Bluefrog again.

Joe and his assistance show up for my appointment this morning. Nice handsome man, I complimented him on how nice he looked. A lot of repairman dont seem to care about their appearance. I appreciated his honesty. Its hard to have to hire someone to do small jobs in my house and hope that there honest. My toilet didnt neat to be repaired. I was so glad. Thank You Blue frog and Joe.

Thomas did a great job he fixed my broken water main line i had called another company they wanted to charge more i guess just to look at it lol He replaced the "T" and main line pipe also put in a compression line. Thank you for hiring honest ppl like him he knows what hes doing and doesnt play around like other companies that want to charge an arm or leg.
