Stay Away - Far Away!!! Really - I am required to purchase or have insurance - "Company Policy"!!! I think not...The government is bad enough telling us what we HAVE to do, there is NO Way a storage company is going to tell me whether or not I insure my own junk!!! That is my risk to take, not one to be dictated by a fascist storage company!!! $2000 coverage - $9 a month - non-negotiable. It goes up from there. Like $2k is going to cover anything of true value - it is truly a revenue generator with no true consumer value. I was ready to go until this nonsense was mentioned! D.

Mark was very patient walking me through the entire storage process to ensure everything went smooth. The storage unit was clean, the rental truck and moving cart were convenient and the customer service was superb. I would highly recommend their service to my family and friends.
