A few months ago I took my 1996 Jeep Cherokee (over 250k miles) in to have the transmission inspected because it was slipping when going into 3rd gear. Much like previous reviewers experience I felt trapped after their "inspection", I was told it needed to be rebuilt. Not a week after receiving it back, I took it in for the 7-10 inspection. It was leaking. After they repaired that, a week or so later, the transmission was slipping again. It took days for them to finally diagnose the problem...bad solenoid. Hmm...maybe my transmission didnt need rebuilt after all. I felt cheated. But the owner called and apologized personally for the issues, replaced the team at the shop, so I thought, eh, Ill give them another try when it wouldnt start. I had it towed into the shop, after inspecting it they stated it was not the result of their work. If I wanted to go forward with a diagnosis, itd be $129 which would be part of the total cost if they did the repair (misleading here). Stated it was the ignition switch (a $40-$60 part) and the total for the repair would be just short of $300 (diagnosis fee, parts, and labor) not including towing fee. What happened to $129 being inclusive if they did the repair? Guess what?! Not a week later, the Jeep would NOT start AGAIN! Same issue! This time I did the work myself, the starter solenoid was bad, but its attached to the starter...for $70 and my labor, I replaced it myself. It started right away. To summarize, these guys are either incompetent, or con artists (doing a partial fix to bring you back in for additional work, not being explicitly clear on charges). Or maybe they are both. Either way. Im finding a new shop.

I went here to get my battery changed today and these people are quite literally angels! I had never heard of this place before, but it was close to AutoZone, so I went. Their customer service is above and beyond. Plus, I have a brand new battery, which was changed in no time at all! There was also great music playing on Pandora, free water, a healthy snack machine, and a humidifier in the lobby! I would recommend this place a hundred times over! Great value, great service, great people!

These men are certified crooks!! and just like others have posted these men main goal is to trap your vehicle... little by little they will build your tab before you actually fix the initial problem originally stopped in for. At that, they may up sale you too high that your not able to fix the issue at hand. To them its no loss... youll be back and they will be able to fix the initial problem. Watch out for the Diag. cost of $129.95 Thats were you allow them to trap your vehicle

Michael and his team are amazing! There are very few people much less mechanics that take the time to explain what needs to be done in terms that a layperson can understand. It takes a true understanding of your field to be able to explain things well and it is clear that Michael has mastered his craft. -He is VERY HONEST and forthcoming -Customer service is outstanding -Provides quality work. ** I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else and suggest you do the same!**
