I brought my 4runner in on Thursday for a simple oil change. They finished it quickly and were very friendly. I noticed an odd idle afterwards and the transmission started slipping. I took it back that Saturday, explained the problem, and they gave me a runaround saying that they could have not caused those problems and that I should come back Monday to let their top ASE tech look at it (the same one who supposedly did the oil change). Instead, I took the truck to my local Toyota dealer to check it out. Midas accidentally drained my transmission fluid and overfilled my engine oil by 5 quarts! This caused a chain reaction of problems that resulted in a damaged headgasket, water pump, and transmission. Thank goodness the awesome folks at Toyota were able to repair most of the damages under warranty, but there are still $120 in damages that I had to pay out of pocket. I returned to Midas and explained the issues. The same "manager" said "I hate to seem like Im running you out of the store, but youll have to talk to our store manager on Monday." I asked why the run-around, but he simply kept avoiding the error and tried to run away from the issue. We all make mistakes. Im not angry at that issue. Im angry that this "trusted, certified, and experienced" company is not willing to stand behind their work. Ill post a follow-up review on Monday. If they dont settle this dispute, Ill gladly see them in small claims court.

I took my girlfriends car here to have a dented rim looked at since the tire was not holding air. JT came out and looked at the rim as soon as I walked in the door. He stopped what he was doing and had me pull the car up behind another vehicle in the bay. He came out with a hammer, soapy water, air line and some spray paint. He banged the rim back into place, pumped it up, checked for leaks, and added a little spray paint on top. This whole process took less than 5 minutes from the time I walked in the door. I asked how much this would cost and I was told there was no charge . I know this isnt standard protocol to do something for free but I was very thankful and wanted to make note of the exceptional service at this location. I will definitely be returning for future needs.

Horrible customer service. They posted online that they are open until 6pm on Monday nights. I left work early and fought through traffic to get there at 5:25. I went inside and told them the services I needed and they rudely told me that they were closing soon and couldnt do anything for my car! I went next door to Jiffy Lube where they gladly took my business. I cant believe that a company would conduct their business this way.

We didnt get any work done here, just stopped by for some help with a couple rusted screws keeping me from switching my license plate. Not only was the mechanic willing to help at a moments notice, but when the screw broke in half they took fifteen minutes of their time to pull it out and replace it with a new one, and they asked for no payment! I really appreciate that kind of service.

These are my guys! I am a single mom and they have never taken advantage of me. In fact Tom cares for my family and keeps me involved in every aspect of my car care. This place has the absolute best customer service I have ever received in the auto industry. JT and Tom were very amazing. Professional, helpful, and wonderful service sums up what you will get if you come here. No hard sale or upsale attempt either, they do exactly what is needed with a smile. Not once have I ever felt the need to doubt their recommendations and they truly understand when a person is on a budget. Best shop that I have ever been to and I plan to come back. Had a scare with a few of the others but, they reassured me that it was all alright and showed me the true cause for all of my problems.

Always go there for all my car needs. Went to another place before and they said we needed new brakes for $500. Took it to Midas and they said we didnt need to change them. They have been honest every time with us. They have worked on our Tahoe Suburban and Acura and Ihave never had a problem with there repairs.

Loved the customer service I got, the manager was a nice guy. One of the shop workers, guy named Elliott (I believe) serviced my car, which was supposed to be a 6 hour job. He finished it for me in 1.5 hours! Needless to say, I will be going back again and asking for this guy. Would definitely reccommend to anyone.

Went for a simple oil change/tire rotation. Immediately afterward I had trouble starting the truck and had to replace the battery. Turns out they hooked up their diagnostic tool wrong when doing their "complimentary check" and fried the battery. Dont let them touch your electrical system there!

Great service! I went for an oil change but they accidentally damaged one of mud flaps when pulling my car (theyre human, it happens). But they owned up to it quickly and fixed it like new. The owners son is curtious and cares about his customers. Will be going back for my next service!

Dont wast your time, money, or ruin your day by going here !!! Tom is Absolutely RUDE !!!! Speaks to you rudely, had a horrible negative tone and outlook while talking to you, and obviously needs to find a new line of work that has nothing to do with the customer service industry!!!

My Element was due for its break service and Midas was the closest place and had a good deal going on. Got it in early, got it back the same day, and got a follow up call the next day. Great customer service and no problems with the quality of their work. Would recommend to a friend.

Dont go here. Terrible service. Grouch behind the counter. They dont watch employees backing out of bays, causing numerous accidents. Its just a matter of time before you run away from this place so why tempt fate.
