Four years ago, around my 60th birthday, I developed shoulder and hip pain. Both woke me up at night. In addition I had residual plantar fasciitis pain in my foot, arthritic symptoms in my hands and a chronic stiff neck. I attributed all of the above to my age. Corena and her teachers have been an inspiration in my life for over 10 years. At the end of a week of daily aerobics, a yoga was my dessert. It was the one exercise I could do that didn’t trigger the aches. December of last year I decided to switch from a punch pass and Christmas gift myself a Yoga membership at Infusion.. It became my priority over aerobics. Corena and her teachers are insightful, knowledgeable, strong, funny and humble. It is quite remarkable how it seems that every class has been planned to address just what I need that day. In every class I am learning to adjust and correct my body alignment in a healthy process, as well as release stress. The sweetest reward is the wisdom and insights they share. The shift in my thinking and my heart travels with me through the day. I often pass on the stories to my grandchildren and friends who love to hear it. My year of a committed Yoga routine came with a gift I never expected.......... It occurred so subtly and incrementally, I don’t even know when it happened. About a month ago I realized all of the symptoms and pain had disappeared. Infusion’s teachers along with a committed practice have changed my life : ) THANK YOU INFUSION

To be honest, I had the weirdest experience at this studio. I purchased a Groupon to try it out for a week, and signed up for a class on-line. When I arrived, I noticed people signing in on a check in sheet at the front desk. I asked a lady working there if I needed to do that, and she actually began to scold me and tell me, Yes, but you need to using our online system. I told her I already had, and it was just weird. A few night later, I signed up for a 7pm candle light yoga class, and arrived at the studio much earlier than I meant to, thinking traffic would be bad. I walked in and the young girl at the counter told me they were about to close and I had to go home. I told her I had registered for a class at 7, and she said she had no idea what I was talking about, so I had to stand outside so she could lock up and leave. I waited until 7, and the instructor to the class showed up and unlocked the studio again. This class was supposed to be a relaxing candle lit class set to music, but the instructor was the opposite of relaxing. She seemed like she was on tons of energy drinks and kept stopping the class to get up and skip songs on the CD that she didnt like. She would tell us Just do your favorite Yoga pose, I hate this song!. After these odd experiences, I decided not to join. I was pretty disappointed.

Infusion is a gorgeous studio! I love going to yoga there. It is so fun when I walk in the people at the desk are smiling and happy to chat a moment before class. And the way the space is designed is so modern and clean and pretty. The people in classes are just as inviting and kind as the staff and teachers. I have been to super challenging classes where I was surprised at just how much I can sweat, and sweet, gentle classes for the days when I just need something to slow me down and de-stress. As for the Pilates studio, I love it! I started teaching Pilates at Infusion not long after I took my first yoga class there. Thats how much I love this place. The reformers are top of the line, as well as the Wunda chairs. Class sizes are limited to 8 so they are small enough you dont get lost in the class. I love the way the teachers all have their own style and specialty; the variety is so fun! I absolutely recommend Infusion for Yoga and Pilates, but if youve ever met me in person, you already know that ;)

June 2017 I wish to pay accolades to Infusion Yoga and Pilate Studio. Jenn Peterson (owner) Lin Steffey, Paula, Lindsey, Heather, Mary Beth, Angie, Gabby, Julie, Chantelle, Tiffany, ALL the teachers here are incredibly gifted and divine individuals. I am healed every time and I feel rejuvenated and equanimity restored. No words can truly express the solace I find at such a peaceful retreat. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Fair warning should state, that by allowing such life practice into your heart, you may become, absorbed and mesmerized by vibrant, intuitive earth angels, incredibly gracious both body and soul. They are radiant, and miraculous, amidst raven hair and diaphanous, wings, and by their very nature exude, inspire, activate all within their power to reach the highest happiest self. Sincerest love and gratitude exudes for the incredible gifts you share with the world community and the wisdom for providing such a beautiful setting to practice peace. God Bless and keep you always. Namaste. ~Elle

Ive taken many different yoga and pilates classes at Infusion for 5 years and can honestly say Ive never attended a class that wasnt positive. The teachers are well prepared, attentive and knowledgeable about modifications during class and Im sure have prevented me from injuring myself. Front desk staff always has a smile and kind word for me and over the years the owners have helped me work through scheduling issues and using my passes. As a late to yoga person, Im very comfortable at this studio and feel fortunate to have such a gem in Bountiful.

Who would have thought that such a wonderful yoga and pilates studio would be in Bountiful, UT! Everything from the atmosphere to the many different kinds of classes to the very knowledgeable and friendly staff is on par with anything that you might find in a larger city (and for a lot more money). This is so much more than taking a yoga class at a local gym, Infusion offers an experience for the student that leaves them delighted to come back for more. Im so happy that I was able to find this diamond in the rough!

I love every experience Ive had at infusion. There are a variety of yoga classes and every class is unique. You will never get bored by doing the same poses all the time. The pilates classes are just as diverse. Ive been to 10 classes and did something different each time. No matter the class, Ive always felt the teachers are trained and professional. They are able to work in requests for specific needs. Being able to adjust your workout on the fly implies knowledgeable instructors.

I love this yoga studio. Ive had problems with really tight hips from powerlifting so I decided to try their basic yoga class since Ive never done yoga or stretching before. The class was pretty easy and relaxing and I already noticed the tightness in my hips has loosened up. I bought the 10 pass punch because I plan on going weekly now. I cant wait for Tuesdays session!!

Infusion is a great place to practice - beautiful environment and yoga room. Corena teaches the most innovattive sequencing Ive ever experienced. Every day practicing with her is a chance to open up the body in some new way. Always interesting. And Jenn, Les, Mallorie, MaryBeth and others are all great teachers! Bert
