Unfortunately the rumors about the new management and owners are true. I was scheduled to have my sons birthday party there but when our hectic military lifestyle got in the way they refused to reschedule and also to refund our $75 deposit. When I initially set this party up and paid the deposit I was told that at any point we could reschedule and that it was no problem as long as we didnt want our $75 refunded. Which I understood. When I called this morning the gentleman on the phone was smug and arrogant. He put me on hold for a good 5 minutes only to return to tell me no matter what Id have to pay them another $75 to host a party there. Sometimes being a military family is tough. You deal with last minute cancellations and living moment to moment not really knowing when your significant other will be around. It was extremely important to my son that his Dad be present at his 7th birthday party . So its understandable why we would want to reschedule so his father could be a part of it all. To say I am upset is an understatement! I now have to break the news to my son that his party will no longer take place where he wanted it. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the $75 charge with my Bank immediately. Its truly sad that we have someone conducting business like this in the wonderful state of Montana.

Terribly disappointing. This is advertised as "hot springs" but it really is nothing more than the average over chlorinated, heated, out door pool. The "hot pool" was less than body temperature and had so much chlorine in it,my shorts changed color as I soaked. Dont bother with the co ed hot tub either. Although it shows promise of actual sulfurous hot spring water with the dirt at the bottom, I assure you it is the same treated water as in the pool. Even after showering, which was the highlight for hot water, I was still saturated with chemicals (chlorine) Visiting a hot spring IS therapeutic, it is natural, as in no chemicals. This, in my opinion, is the poorest example of a hot springs that I have ever visited. Do your self a favor, spend a little more time in the truck and go to white sulfur springs. You will not be disappointed there.

My wife and family have been long term members with the Broadwater hot springs. The bar and grill has the worst service/attitude towards people I have ever seen. Never in my life have I been greeted with such distain. We literally waited poolside for service for over 20 minutes after not being greeted we decided ,my children and I to go inside and see the new place and order drinks and food. Well not so fast they literally shouted at us to get out in front of my children. This employee is a female with tattoos all over her body and didnt have a name tag. the reputation at Broadwater is quickly going down hill I will never be talked to like that and I will most likely cancel our family membership.

I was assured the large pool was "salt water" and not chlorinated except in the rare case there were so many people the pH was disrupted then "a small amount is injected". There were ~6 individuals in the pool, I got in, and immediately smelled chlorine. I waited 5 minutes to see if I wanted to live with it. I didnt. Sadly, because my feet had touched water, my $9 admission fee was not refunded, though the story then was, "well theres ALWAYS trace amounts of chlorine." Just say yes, its chlorinated, and dont fool people. Very bad management strategy.

I bring all my children to my nephews birthday party and 2 out of 4 can play in the gym structure obstacle course. Which is an awesome course, but still only 2 out of 4 can play. So I was told my youngest cannot play in the ball pit even if I was to sit and only sit with him. So he is having a blast and I have to take him out ( he was so sad) and I decided to leave with my children since we were not able to enjoy the ball pit like everyone else there. Truly a bummer and terribly disappointing.

After seeing all the remodel pictures on Social Media, my husband and I made a special trip to Helena from Great Falls just to check it out. It was definitely worth it. The remodel isnt complete yet but when it is its going to be amazing! The pools are wonderful, the grill has an amazing menu and the service is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be going back! Its great for families as well!

Jay was super friendly when we got there. We had never been there before and he didnt hesitate to give us a tour around the facility. We were traveling through and decided to stop and check this place out. Great price. We pay double that per person per HOUR!.. back in Idaho. The food and spirits menu was spot on and the wait staff were great. Would definitely make this a destination location next time through!!

We were there Friday night. The full moon was shining through the trees as we soaked in the wonderful new pool. Lots of laughter from other people. I was AMAZED by the new room for women. Im so pleased about the updates and renovations. Well be calling this week to get a membership, after not having one for about five years because of the deterioration. Thats not part of the scene now!

Very welcoming! The various pools were so pleasant, especially the soaker. Staff were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent selection of microbrews and a respectable menu. Dine outdoors if you can - the sound inside is miserably high because there are no sound absorbing panels. Really too bad, because the interior is so appealing.

The renovations to the Broadwater are nothing less than amazing! The Broadwater has been around for a long time, but with all the new updates, it is really a new business now. I loved exploring the new facilities, seeing the new equipment, rooms, pools and restaurant. They have really transformed this Helena icon. Great job!

Went on my birthday to warm up after taking the dogs out. I was hesitant based on some passed reviews but I thought the pool and hot tub were nice and warm, the facilities clean, and the remodel was looking good so far. Not sure what some of the other negative reviewers were expecting...

Its alright. Pools are nice but if you buy a day pass, its actually only a "while you are here pass." You cant leave and come back, and they dont have food or anything so youre basically paying 10 bucks to work out and swim for like 30 minutes. Should be better when they open the bar

The numerous hot pools are perfect for finding your preferred temperature. Then you have the ice tub for a nice cool down dip. And then you have the swimming pool when all you really want is to cannon ball right in the deep end.

A very nice place to stop in on a road trip. Daily passes were inexpensive, staff was professional, and the facilities were clean. Good experience.

My wife took my six-year old son swimming there and they charged her for her and our 2-month old baby to sit and watch!
