I went there to get my hair colored and the only lady there took about 2 hours to even start on my hair and wanted to leave the bottom half of my hair in the back my normal color (light brown) when I wanted black so doing that would look horrible luckily I talked her into doing it black but I was also getting red and I know red is a bit difficult color but she wasnt even close to red. She also got dye on my shirt all over my ears and face and somehow on my arm and happened to miss big spots on my hair and then charged me a ton in no regards to ruining my shirt and giving me a totally wrong color. she also kept talking about religion and how she is quitting cause "this place doesnt care" Today my boyfriend went in to get a simple hair cut, he wanted a 1 through his whole head and she just kept insisting on doing a 2 on top with a blend so without listening to him thats what she did while she kept saying "you dont wanna look like a pinball, lets make you handsome" when she was done he hated it but wanted to just not hear her rude words anymore. She also didnt rense his hair to get all the cut hair off so it got everywhere, didnt even brush him off. So from now on Ill color my own hair at 98% less cost and cut my own boyfriends hair. Even though Im not trained I do 100% better job then this ridiculous place that has rude service and no regards to the people they are working on or their things.

I took my daughter there today and asked for a trim. She has a bob and I have had it cut several times where they make it curl under. Its cute. This woman cutting Madis hair today, cut it straight. Hard core, no blending, absolutely straight line. I asked about the cut that makes it appear to curl under that past stylists have done and was told "Hair does not do that. You would have to curl it every morning with a curling iron." Well, I came home and looked up the official name of the cut I wanted. Its called inverse layers or an undercut. You tube has videos on it. If you could get your employees up to date on hair cutting techniques and help them maybe listen a little to what people want, that would be nice.- Update. The next day, I went back in and asked for an undercut. I was told no problem, they do that all the time. Great. Except the girl pulls out a straight razor....and starts cutting.....dry hair. Now I feel like an awful mother. Madi has Down Syndrome and it was a fight to get her back to get her hair cut again. Then, this woman starts pulling her hair with this razor. Madi is crying and saying Owie and snot is running down her face and Im trying to get her interested in a show and distract her because the girl is hurrying and, sigh, I wont be back.

I took my 3 year old to get his hair cut here, when we arrived they said it was a 20 min wait (which is fine). They said we could go look around Walmart and come back. I made it a point to come back 15 min later so they wouldnt be waiting on us. When we got back, they said they were running a little behind (but didnt say how long). I told her that was fine and we could wait a few minutes... 30 minutes later we still hadnt gotten in and I just walked out and left.. so the wait went from 20 min to 50+ minutes. I felt ot was really unprofessional of them and if they didnt have time for us they shouldve just told us to come back in an hour or 2 instead of wasting our time and still not getting our haircut
