Ive finally found a salon who knows quality and customer service. I absolutely love their website, I can know and choose my nail expert simply by reading their bio first. Ive been to many salons and have always been disappointed.Things Ive had which I dont like and do not accept: - arguing with me when you didnt do my nails right the day before and then expect me to pay full price again - taking short cuts by removing my nail polish with the dremmel instead of polish remover - pulling off the acrylic taking off more layers of my natural nails and I tell you it hurts (laughing and saying sorry doesnt make it better) - dont pay attention to me and the dremmel gets so hot it burns me - rushing me through a manicure not delivering my massage and hand soaking as expected - having to wait over 4 hours to complete my pedicure while you start other peoples care when I was there first (when short handed you should have them wait or return later) - moving me a half dozen times while my nails dry - because its busy you short cut my pedicure giving me maybe a 1 minute rub and Im done - rush me through to get the money rather than take your time to do it right the first time or because you want to fit me in as the last person in the evening for the money and rush through still - pedicure tubs arent sanitized according to state regulations/ filters are not changed after each client At Simply,I see Missy who uses emeries so theres no burning no layers of nails shaved off. She shapes to perfection and pays attention to YOU. She asks you what you want, think and like and offers her professional opinion. I like the fact she is knowledgeable about diabetic foot care so her skills reach beyond nails. Shes terrific. Ive had Kristen give me a pedicure. Now I was running behind and then she was too but then ready and packed to leave as I arrived with my little toddler. She unpacked and took her time giving me a pedicure...on a Friday night! She was so patient and her skills go beyond just pedicures and nails as well. She is well versed in anatomy and massage therapy-unlike all the other salons out there. I liked the fact that the tubs are individualized with removable liners making them sanitary AND the heater/vibrator underneath keeps the water at an even temperature the whole time (not like the tubs getting cold as you wait). The seating is unique and I find it more comfortable and fitting than the typical chairs in the other salons. And can this woman give a massage! And English is their first language so theirs no room for misinterpretation :) Cant wait to try a facial. Thats next on my list. Love the ladies here. Everyone is nice and accepting of my toddler too which is big in my book.

Stacy Harris is the worst stylist Ive ever seen. I paid 120$ to have my girlfriends hair done. The first time she came home it looked like nothing was done. I was furious. She went back a second time and it still looks horrible! She wanted it light light blonde with no gold in it. It is gold and not that blonde. I have sent her to many other salons and never had a problem. The schools do a better job for less money. I personally think her bio is a bunch of B.S. It looks like something she did herself with cheap store bought dyes. Dont waste your time or money. I have to send her to a real professional and spend more money to get it done right. Hope everyone that reads this follows my advice. I have pictures to prove the terrible job. ***(UPDATE) Since this review my girlfriend has been harassed and obviously the salon had friends post good reviews to counteract my bad review. Im sure we can all see through your crap!!!!

Going to the salon is half about the experience, and half about the final look. In both aspects, Simply Ravishing did an awful job. The staff barely talked to me, they just conversed between themselves even when I tried to spark a conversation, and when they did they were snippy. My acrylics fell off exactly one week after I got them (theyre supposed to last at least 3-4) and looked terrible for the $50+ I spent on them. My hair turned out okay, but not only did it take double the time she estimated it would (which I would not have minded if the end look was good) but charged me double what she told me she would. I do not recommend this salon. Ive had much better (and cheaper) experiences other places around Gilbert.

I expected higher quality services from a salon with higher prices. I went in for an eyebrow wax and was sat in a shampoo chair. It was so uncomfortable, I got a headache from it! Not what I needed after a long day at work. Also, the lighting was so horrible that one eyebrow was over waxed and the other was under waxed and there was still hairs left all over the place. When she attempted to pluck a few out she pinched my skin and left a mark! I am so disappointed and will never go to this salon ever again! If you choose to go make sure you check their qualifications first!

Simply Ravishing is the only salon I go to. Kim is the only person I will let touch my hair. She is a whiz when it comes to color and always knows which style is the best for me. I get my nails done by Missy every 3 weeks and I love her! She does a wonderful job. I love the nail art she does. I would recomend this Salon to everyone. The service is great, the atmopshere is relaxing and I like that I can get my nails and hair done at the same place, and if I want I can get facials, make up and a massage done there too!

Today I saw Melissa for an all over color and cut. This is by far the best salon experience I have ever had. Ive been dying my hair the same color for 6 years and through numerous salons but have never been as pleased as I was today. Melissa is very meticulous about her work, very honest about what your hair needs, and absolutely exceeds expectations. On top of that she is very personable! I felt the whole time like I was talking to a friend and it absolutely made the experience great. I will forever be coming back!

Ive been to Simply Ravishing several times over the past couple of months and love it! Melanie, the aesthetician, is amazing. I am very specific about the look of my eyebrows and she got them perfect the very first time (this was after a very bad experience at another salon). I then started going to her for facials for some issues with acne. My skin was completely clear within one week of my first visit. I know go back on a regular basis for facials to keep my skin looking great. I highly recommend Simply Ravishing.

Ive been in to Simply Ravishing a couple of times to have my hair done and had a couple of different girls working on my hair. My first visit was to have my hair put in an up-do for a masquerade and the second and third visits were to have a straightening treatment and trim done. I loved both girls. They were very nice, friendly, but also professional. I had a beautiful up-do to show off and had great results with the straightening treatment. I would definitely recommend Simply Ravishing.
