I called about trading business for business. I needed a haircut and the manager said come on over we can make it happen. This did not happen. I explained to the manager what I was hoping to accomplish over the phone. I was told the stylist would be there at 4:15, she showed up at 4:45. I had a meeting at 6pm that I had to rush back to, leaving a less than perfect cut. This did not give the stylist time to make sure everything is perfect. I still had hair on my ears. I am giving a 3 star because they did get me in relatively right away. My word is my bond. If I say I will do something I will do it. I wish other businesses followed the same advice. The manager did not even ask the stylist if she was ok with my trade. I basically wanted to pay for a hair cut every two months in exchange for someone giving me their insurance business. I am also a huge referral king and explained that I can give them referrals. I would use her insurance commissions to pay for her haircuts. I know the 800 number insurance companies will never give a referral. I chose Karrma because it is a local business, not a cost cutters, or a great clips. I like local representation.

With so many salons to choose from, what makes this my salon of choice is the people who provide the services. Thuy (Twee) the owner and esthetician gives perfect facials and uses only the best products. She has waxed and tinted my brows since I started coming here - over 15 years ago. I have very sensitive skin and she takes the time to use a product that takes the sting out of the waxing process. Thuy also is one of the only people that I know who can properly tie the hair silks into the hair. Many people try this, but it is a skill that she does perfectly. The silks are beautiful and stay in my hair for months. I have also had my hair cut and colored here and my nails done by Kim. I have only great praise for Karrma Salon. Its beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Chelsi has been cutting and coloring my hair for years at Karrma. She is a master of her craft. She truly enjoys what she does and it shows with every hair cut and color that comes out of her chair. I leave my hair appointments loving the look and feel of my hair EVERY TIME. I feel confident and put together EVERY TIME. I pay reasonable prices for services and feel greeted and welcomed by staff there EVERY TIME. One by one, members of our family have been drawn to Karrma and have joined their client base. Even my two year old has his own stylist! Thuy, Chelsi and the techincians at Karrma care about the "whole" client, inside and out. Karrma has a variety of services and reasonable prices. Stop jumping from salon to salon. Karrma has it all.

Ive been waxing my eyebrows since I was 12 and my whole face for the past 4 years. I have a LOT of hair growth, so Ive been to a LOT of waxing specialists. And Thuy (the owner) is by FAR the most incredible and impressive wax specialist Ive even had. Within the first twenty seconds on her table, I could already tell that she knew what she was doing. Incredibly knowledgable and talked to me straight up about issues, maintenance, and tips. She has all different types of wax for different purposes. She spent time and was incredibly thorough. I really cannot rave about her enough.

I usually dont write reviews but I thought I would take the time today to write one. I have had the pleasure of getting all my haircuts and spa needs here in the past four years and have never been happier. The owner Thuy has always made sure my needs have been met by her stylist and herself. I have had haircuts from all of stylist over this time. As long as I live in Gilbert I will continue to use their services. There prices are reasonable for men and can usually take a walk in without a long wait. Happy Customer

Brittney has been cutting my hair for a few years now. She always makes sure that I am happy with it before she lets me leave. She also makes sure that is as straight as it can be, as I have had a problem with it curling. She really loves what she does and it shows, especially hair coloring. I know that mine is consistently the same color every time I leave her care. Her prices are so low that I make sure to tip her a little more than I used to at that other place. Karrma is the best because Karrma has the best!

I specifically came to this place when I saw the high ratings. Boy am I glad I did!! Thuy did my brazilian. Amazing to say the least. Especially for me being a 1st timer. So satisfied! She mentioned if I come for the follow up the price is discounted. awesome! The moment I walked in, the customer service was good. I was offered water and ensured I would be seen momentarily. Coming back and recommending to others. keep it up Karrma!

Priscila Fry was just so amazing, I had a last minute work appointment and she made sure for me get in for a haircut and a blow-dry. The service was just so great that I went back to have my hair colored by her as well. Doesnt matter that I have to drive over half hour to see her is well worth it. I recommend Karma salon.

I have been going to Karma for approximatly 4 year now. I get the best waxing services from Twee. She is well educated in all of the services she provides. She also has helped clean up my acne with the facial products she recommended. This salon has many other services too and is worth every penny!

Brittney has been doing my cuts and colors for about 5 years now. She is the best, and very personable! She takes the time to ask what I want, and listens to my requests. Prices are reasonable, and the salon environment is really nice. I would recommend her to anyone!
