The store is of course filled with all the amazing products that make me a loyal customer of Ulta. However, not all their staff is professional nor polite. Last Saturday I purchased a bottle of foundation, I took it home and put the bottle in my bag as normal. Next day I go to get my cosmetics and realize the bottle was broken somewhere because the foundation spilled and made a mess with everything else in my bag. I take the bottle back WITH my original receipt, mind you I had only purchased the bottle one day prior. The girl that made the exchange "MIKE" was extremely rude and pointed out that they dont exchange or refund bottles that dont have all the product in them and she stared at me like I had used up all the makeup overnight and then tried to go get my money back on purpose. The bottle I was exchanging is a double layered glass bottle...it had absolutely no crack or damage on the outside, whatever was wrong with it or broken was clearly on the inside and beyond my control. MIKE ended up making an exchange for the same product, which is all I wanted anyway, but I was highly offended that I was treated as a thief or a scammer when I spend hundreds of dollars at Ulta on a regular basis. From now on, Ill be driving another 15 miles to go to the next nearest Ulta because Id rather waste gas than be treated with disrespect!!!!

Walked in round noonish. There were about 3 people in line, and 2 cashiers tending to the customers. No one greeted me upon entry. The selections were pretty slim in womens fragrance, higher end cosmetics (Benefit, Tarte, iT Cosmetics, Lorac, and another brand whose name currently escaped me at the time), and hair care products. After 20 minutes perusing in the store, I was asked if I need assistance. I inquired about trial sizes. I was directed towards the checkout line and she added, "Thats where theyre located." Found the brand I was looking for. Hurrah for trial sized products. TSA, eat your heart out! In the middle of the store is Benefits Beauty Brow Bar. Did you know, you get your brows done virtually FREE on your birthday? Why didnt I know about this one sooner? Towards the back end of the store, they have a salon. Havent used their services... yet.

Came here first thing on Black Friday. most of their good Black Friday deals sold out on Thursday (thanksgiving day). This poor review however, reflects their poor customer service. I asked an associate if the Chi was on sale because it shows on sale on the Ulta App. Her response was "must be online only". When I explained to her that if it were online only it would specifically say so on the app, she replied "youll just have to see at checkout". I was flabbergasted. This is when theyre supposed to say "let me find out for you" pick up the damn straightener, find the nearest Telxon and scan it to find out. If they dont use Telxons, walk it up to the cash register to find out. For the record the black Chi was on sale ($59.99), they had just failed to mark it so. I used to work Black Fridays at Walmart but I really had no sympathy for them

After waiting for TWENTY minutes on hold for a product check, I drove 15 miles to this store to purchase my product. I walk up to the register, give my name for the product on hold & pay for it- feeling confident that they had held the product I had called for & left. As I take the product out of the bag when I got home, I realized they had given me the WRONG COLOR of eyeshadow. It is so upsetting that after being placed on hold SEVERAL times, waiting on hold total for 30 minutes, and driving 15+ minutes to purchase the product, I have to drive down there tomorrow, and hope that they have the product in stock. When I called to tell them I had been given the wrong product, there was NO apology, and the sales rep did not seem empathetic. She came back on the phone and said that they had ONE left, hopefully it will be there tomorrow.

This has got to be the worst Ulta location ever! They are always conveniently out of promo items, have rude sales floor staff that are too busy gossiping to help customers out, and low on stock. Ive gotten the same excuse of "oh it should be in soon" numerous times. Only reason I was going there is because its the closest location. Will go back to online ordering. Amazon has most everything they offer and for less!

This location is closest to my house so I go to it often, but I decided after today that I will not be going here anymore. Every time I go they never have anything in stock and I guess they dont clean up the store during closing because I was the first one there this morning and it was a mess. This place is a mess, I will drive farther away to another Ulta in the future.

A lot of things didnt seem to be stocked up, so I almost went without what I came looking for. An employee asked if I needed help, and I told her of my dilemma. She was very kind, went into the back, and found me what I was looking for. Friendly workers! Only my second time there, but going back tomorrow for highlights :) Will update then if necessary.

Walked the store for over 30 minutes. Plenty of staff, very few customers but absolutely NO interaction. Eye contact made with 4 employees and not one greeted or asked if I needed help. employees were chit chatty amongst themselves. Clean store. Will only go back if I have time to browse with no objective since employees arent helpful.

Out of a rollerball which was a sample in a recent catalogue, so I couldnt use a $15 off $50 coupon expiring today. This was also one of the least friendly experiences Ive had at various Ulta stores. I still found one thing to buy though, so I guess they get 2 starts for having at least that in stock.

No one asked if I needed assistance (which I needed). This location when it comes to the employees you need to seek out and find help. It was quite disappointing but other than that they are friendly and its still my favorite place to shop for cosmetics.

Tammi and Kathy (she did my hair for my wedding ❤) in the salon are amazing! The retail clerks are not always so helpful though. And the British asst manager is not knowledgeable at all, of products or basic policies. Makes returns here a nightmare.

They need better people to do foundation matching. Ive had to exchange my foundation 4 times. I went from a 7.5 to a 6.0.. (shade)
