got my hair done here and was not impressed.. spent 200 on color and highlights which I could have done it myself at home... left the salon with dye stain all over my forehead (black) and my neck and ears and when I asked if she was going to clean it she said " oh we dont have any stain removers! do u want me to try and clean it Ill get some soap and water " are u kidding me? Its a HAIR salon along with other services and you dont carry stain removers and youre asking me if I want you to go ahead and try to clean the mess you left on my skin! I shouldnt even have to ask!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I wanted to leave looking like I did my hair myself in my bathroom then I would have Done it at home!!! Anyways she rubbed my forehead and got some of it out and that was it. I had to end up going to Sallys beauty supply right away to spend more money on stain removers and cleaned up some of the mess she left on my skin inside of my car!, not too mention she cut my hair a bit shorter than what I originally asked, overall I think for 200 bucks I could have had a better experience. Anyways if u dont want to look like you colored your hair yourself and Be left with stains on your skin then avoid getting your hair done here!

Absolutely recommend seeing Danielle! She is amazing at what she does. She has been doing my brows and facials for a few years. I will not trust anyone but Danielle to do my brows. She is meticulous and my brows always look wonderful after she is done with them. Danielle is experienced, professional and passionate about what she does. I have had some skin issues over the past few years and with her help, my skin now looks so much better. She recommends products but has never made me feel like I HAD to purchase anything. Danielle is honest, kind and someone I truly trust with my skin.

The Hair Stylists here are pretty amazing and I would recommend them 100% but my husband bought me a pedicure and manicure and I would definitely not recommend it. The lady used bamboo sticks to clean up around my nails and it was SO painful. Not to mention she didnt dry my nails completely and I ruined them when I was climbing into my car. The nail polish I chose was also thick and gloppy and I told the woman several times I would just change colors but she insisted on using it. It was a terrible texture and I ended up taking them off as soon as I got home. Hair: Yes Nails: No

Ive been going to this salon for years now and have done everything from bright colors to high contrast ombré shades and have never been disappointed. Ive been going to Becca and she always recommends what is going to be the best for my hair to keep it healthy while staying stylish. I also love the products there. Im a big fan of the bumble and bumble masks as well as the Redken color stay shampoos and conditioners. They also sell some of The Balm cosmetics there too. I get my waxing done by Rachel and would recommend this salon to anyone. So versatile!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT Get your lashes done here, they are very in experienced. I got mine done for $100 and it was not worth it, instead of bonding the eyelash to one of your real lashes they bonded it to my skin causing it to feel like there was needles poking me. The next day I had to search for someone to rescue me and ended up going to Elite salon and spa and there work is outstanding and elegant and was the same price as white lotus so for all you thinking about getting lash extensions head on over to elite I promise you wont regret it.

First time I came to this salon was back in July 2015. I got beautiful highlights done by Becca as well as a hair trim. Just last weekend I decided I needed about five or more inches of hair cut off- something I wasnt comfortable doing- and wanted to go back to White Lotus. I was beyond grateful that Becca was still working there. I am now never going to someone else- she is wonderful! She is also incredibly friendly and the fact that she is a massage therapist is super. I feel she takes the therapeutic touch into her hair styling methods.

I have been going to White Lotus for about 2 years now and I wouldnt dream of missing my monthly facial with Danielle. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and passionate about esthetics and skin care. I have NEVER had such wonderful, relaxing and effective facials as I have with Danielle. She is also the sweetest person ever. I recently moved to Scottsdale and despite the distance, I will never stop going to see her!!!! She is the absolute BEST!!!!! I cannot recommend her enough! I wish I could give her 10 stars!!!!!

Had my nails done by Lynette and she was awesome! Did a great job listening to what I wanted and being detail oriented. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I have also been a client of Beccas for several years and LOVE they way she does my color and cut. I am never leaving her. Jodi does my waxing and is so detailed and meticulous that I always leave extremely happy. I would recommend this salon to anyone. They make you feel right at home and I have never had a bad experience ever! Love this place.

If you want perfect brows, go see Danielle! i have four sisters and every one of us, and my mom, all have been going to her for years. We refuse to go to anyone else! Even after I moved to Tempe its still worth the drive out. It will be a relaxing and pleasant experience, and Danielle is a perfectionist so the results are always exactly what you want. I get my brows tinted as well and the color is never too dark, always just right. Five stars :) thank you Danielle!

Danielle Shand is the reason I go to White Lotus. I have been going to Danielle since 2007 for my facials. She has literally kept me looking young. I am 43 but no one believes me, I love it! She has handled all of my issues, acne, anti-aging, redness, age spots, even damage I caused myself including sun damage or picking a pimple. I go monthly and let her decide what I need. I cant recommend her enough. She also does custom spray tanning, amazing!

Love, love, love Danielle! She is hands down the best esthetician I have ever had. She is super sweet and patient and truly listens to your needs. I have had some bad reactions to eyebrow wax in the past, so she always uses hard wax with me due to this. I have had facials and body scrubs with her as well and both have been amazing. I highly recommend her and this salon.

Danielle is amazing! I am very picky about my eyebrows she makes them look awesome everytime. I have had many facials/peels and I always trust her with my skin care. She gives great advice about skin care/antiaging products and services. I have gone to her for years would not think of going to anyone else :)
