The best salon in Salt Lake City hands down! In the past I would get my hair cut at any salon that could fit me in at the last minute but the stylists at Gemini are so good I will never go anywhere else. Theyre all very friendly and I felt like they actually cared about their customers as opposed to many other businesses who just hurry you in and out. I was impressed with the stylish interior of the salon. At first I thought it was a little expensive but after the stylist, Amber, did my hair I decided it is well worth the money to have somebody that knows how to cut, color and style hair BETTER than a professional, plus she made constructive recommendations without being pushy. I always feel great about the way I look after I go to Gemini Salon. Also these girls talked me in to having Hailee do a facial for me and I was totally shocked at how professional she is...shes better than a lot of five star resort spas that Ive been to. Ive been going to Gemini Salon for over five years now. I guess these are the reasons for City Weekly dubbing these girls and their salon as the best in Utah 2010 :) Congratulations Gemini!

My wife decided it was time for me to get a haircut and being new to the area I had no clue where to go. There are always the standard SportClips and Hair Schools around that can cut your hair for ~$10 but often the results will have you sleeping in the dog house. So wanting to appease my wife, I looked into "hair salons". I was surprised to see a standard haircut for men at most salons runs from $25-$45. When I came across Gemini Salon I was surprised by their review score (in a good way) compared to other salons in the area AND the price was $18, not bad! Their website said walk-ins welcome so I stopped by during my lunch break. Without an appointment they got me right in. McKel cut my hair and she did a great job (my wife likes it too)! They even have a frequent customer card for men: buy 5, get one free. OVERALL: A great haircut (wash and cut) that is wife approved for <$20. Nice staff, very personable. Environment was not a "man-zone", but then again I was there for a haircut, not to watch television.

I am really picky about my hair cuts/color and have been to MANY different hairstylists, but I was finally referred to Kolbie Steadman by my sister-in-law and I LOVE her. She is awesome. She is really flexible and will work with you to get you in when you need to. I had really long hair and wanted to cut an a-line like Victoria Beckham, but was nervous about it but I went ahead and did it and she did amazing...looks just like the pictures I brought in. I have been to her three times now and I liked everything she did. The salon is nice and clean and they offer you drinks and magazines. Love it!!!

Im a guy that has never been to a salon before Gemini and now i have been going there for almost three years. i have been going to autumn and she has always done exactly what i have wanted. and when i dont know what i want, she suggests something that ends being the change i wanted. and sense i dont like to shave i go to Hailee and she waxs my lip and cleans up my eye brows that doesnt take much time at all. and when you need to relax and want your skin to really look lively Hailee does the best facial. so yeah over all the gemini salon experienc well worth it

Whitney at Gemini did my hair when I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding, and it was a wonderful experience! She was very personable and gave me quite a few hair care tips, which is always appreciated. I kind of gave her a very general idea of how I wanted my hair done, and she ran with it and it looked absolutely amazing. I was so happy! The whole bridal party looked great, so I would definitely recommend Gemini.

First time going to this salon and I didnt like how she cut my hair. I asked for it to be thinned, and instead of using thinning shears like every other stylist, she used a technique that really hurt my head while she did it, and Ive noticed that since the haircut, the ends of my hair are very unhealthy even though I barely use heat on it, and it tangles very easily. $50 poorly spent.

I have been going to Gemini Salon for years. I have had highlights, color, cuts, keratin smoothing treatments, up dos, colored extensions, pedicures, manicures, hair removal, and Gelish done. They even had me model for a hair show they were doing. I like that they offer so many services-there are more I want to try! I have always been happy with the results. They are the best!!

I run a concrete business and often have trouble finding the time to cut and color my hair. The stylists at gemni salon happily fit me in on short notice. I have used Amber, Stephanie, Jill and Autumn. The service is alway timely, and I always look great when I leave. These ladies are all very skilled at thier craft. As an added bonus theyre also very easy on the eyes.

Gemini Salon is conveniently located near my work. The staff is professional and incredibly friendly. They are a full service salon including hair/color, hair extensions, nails, pedis, facials, waxing, spray on tans, etc. Ive never been disappointed with any of the services, in fact, Ill never get my hair done anywhere else!

Love love love this salon! I have been getting my hair, nails, waxes, and lashes done here for years. The stylists are always so welcoming and friendly. I always leave feeling confident with my hair, nails, lashes, etc. I continue to refer my friends and family here. Highly recommend going there.

Love this place! I was scared of salons after some bad experiences but my hubby brought me here as a birthday surprise and I will never go anywhere else! Whitney did an amazing cut and color on me and Ive never been more in love with myself haha. Going in again today for lashes and nails!

Ive been going here for 8 years now and I would never go anywhere else. Ive never had a problem Amber. She always has done a great job. Ive referred her to a lot of my friends and family. It is always clean and it is a very pleasant relaxing salon to be in. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was looking for a good quality salon at short notice and they fit me in as soon as they could. Violet was absolutely amazing. I had extremely damaged hair and she managed to transform it into something I love! I would definitely recommend this salon and especially Violet!
