Grrrr... Im a little mad right now... I went and got a hair cut at Studio H2o salon in the fashion place mall this afternoon. Id just been to breakfast with my boyfriend. Wore my favorite dress. Felt pretty! The woman cutting my hair from the moment I got there she was rude! She was 20 minutes late arriving to work to cut my hair, idk why they assigned me to her if she wasnt there. She was rushing around and didnt care. She asked me very first, not "how are you?" But actually if I was pregnant because I was wearing a maxi dress and tapped on my tummy. "No!" I told her. She doesnt apologize at all, its like she didnt hear me! There were women there with their mouths hanging open! She brings me back to wash my hair and she said "do you ever dye your hair? Because it looks like your natural color." I said "i used to dye it" and then she stands in front of me, taps her belly and she says "yeah I diet all the time, but I just dont know. I work out, but I cant get skinny." And looked at my tummy like Id understand because Im fat... she walked away from the sink and expected me to follow back to the chair. I was in shock. Other women who heard her were in shock! The stylists first language was obviously Spanish as she spoke with a broken accent so Im thinking maybe she just doesnt understand English... But then she starts cutting my hair and literally she couldnt get it even! She wasnt listening at all! She chopped 4" or more, not because it needed a trim, but because she couldnt get the sides even!!! So I finally just said "ok I need to talk to someone else." Ripped my cape off and was about to leave. The manager came over and the woman wanted to stay there too. I told her to leave. She leaves and I explain everything to the manager. She instantly was able to fix my hair, fix my bangs, and finished. I gave the manager the tip because she was great! But the other woman, my god!! Ive never been more angry in all my life getting my hair cut!

It took me a month to finally write this review. The reason it took me so long is because I dont like doing this kind of things, but after talking to my husband about the horrible experience I had here people need to know this. I went in to get my hair done by Ben, they quoted me at $65 to trim my bangs and a shampoo. I ended up paying 99 (including tip) dollars because BEN brushed my hair so hard that he took several extensions pieces out, then charged me to put them back in. needless to say the major hesdache I got afterwards. When he was cutting my bangs I showed him a picture of what I wanted, he looked confused and took him literally 5 minutes to figure out how to cut it. Then he started cutting and I noticed he wasnt doing what I asked, I told him what I wanted! he told me no! I wont do that it wont look good. I thought wow! I am paying my own money to get something done and he does not want to do it! He ended up doing the most horrible bangs I have ever seen! So bad that I can wear it down. Then he asked me how long my natural hair was, i pointed to my shoulder and showed him, he shook his head and then said, just wear your natural hair it will look better. Better than this....... then they charged me 90 dollars because he spent to much time on my hair and because my is and it took longer because he pulled my extensions out then had to put them back in, he really took his sweet time then charged me for it.long (i was never told that before at this place). After all of this I still tip him, I walked out of there devastated. so sad I used to love this place, but lately the customer service has gotten very very bad!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! honestly what a train wreck. I asked for a "SENIOR STYLIST" so yes I want to pay more money for someone that knows what they are doing. I got stuck with some blonde CHRISTIE chick with the worst attitude, and CLEARLY doesnt know hair. I asked for brown hair with a tint of red so in the sun you could see a little red in it. She starts putting color on my hair and kept combing it through SO hard that her comb broke and my head was bleeding. I could see the dye looking purple and I asked her about it... she said totally normal and nothing to worry about. she got dye all over my face so I could tell it looked purple, she said "I will wipe it up later" and when she was done putting the dye in and started trying to get it off my face it was already dyed! HOW NICE! so she tries to rinse my hair and gets water all over my face... LITERALLY all over my face. so now my face is purple and my makeup is all down my face because she got it soaking wet. she starts blow drying my hair and of course its BRIGHT PURPLE!!!! I told her I didnt ask for purple hair and Im not leaving with purple hair. so she had to ask the owner for help because "she doesnt know this color line" A SENIOR STYLIST DOESNT KNOW THE COLOR LINE??? anyways she tries to comb my hair and breaks her comb she was so aggressive. she said sorry it was taking for long and I could leave with my hair wet. SERIOUSLY?? so Im checking out and they charged me EXTRA $40 for the extra color she used!!! THIS PLACE IS A TRAIN WRECK AND I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUISNESS!

Worst Wax EVER. I have been having waxing done for more than 20 years all over the world, and this has been by far the most disappointing experience ever. After 1 hour of watching her dab wax at random spots over my half leg, and leaving wax and intact hair everywhere, the technician (using this term loosely) was finished. Mind you, her waist length free flowing hair and 1 inch manicured nails were still in perfectly condition (i could tell, cause she didnt wear gloves). Youd think that she didnt wear gloves so that she could feel for stray hairs, but she never once felt my leg for hair. I spoke to the manager and strongly advised that this girl needed further training. To top it off the Manager still tried to charged me! I refused to pay full price for a service that a 6 year old could have done better. This was a waste of my time and money.

Thida is incredible! Absolutely the only person that I can or ever will trust my hair with. This is saying quite a bit too considering Im under contract with my agency and I trust her enough to make sure my "look" will never be anything unappealing. Thida and Christa usually tag team my incredibly long hair and layer it, color it and style it with precision and grace. They always are honest with me and make sure I never do anything (even on emotional splurges) stupid, or in anyway questionable. I trust Thidas judgement and her professionalism and kindness is only a cherry on top, not to mention all the lovely hospitality. I highly recommend H2o to everyone I know, I especially recommend Thida for her talent and never manages to let me down. Thanks to everyone at H2o for all the love and amazing results.
