Two Men and a Truck was easily the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I chose three movers instead of two for the volume of items that needed to be moved. My family has used them four times in the past and this is the first negative experience. Highlights include: • What should have taken 7-8 hours took almost 11 hours from the slow pace of the movers. • One worker was fired mid-day for taking as much time as possible with every single thing, I had to lift for him on numerous occasions because he couldn’t handle the move. Eventually his replacement showed up around 3:00 PM. • They lost the hardware to put my futon, dresser, and bookshelf together. • I had to tell them to put several beds back together – they wanted to leave without re-assembling them. • I had to personally move about 20 boxes that were not placed in the appropriate room (they left them in the living room). All boxes were clearly marked for their intended designation. • I had to personally supervise how to load the moving truck. The workers kept asking me where each piece of furniture should go within the truck. Professional movers should know how to pack a truck appropriately. • I personally had to take the hinges off of a door and direct them on how to move items through tights spaces. Again, professional movers should not need to be supervised on how to do their job. • They cut the bill down to 7 hours for three movers because of the firing – this would have made good on everything except for the next part: Damaged items include: • Brand new paint dinged up on the new house • Coffee Table • Computer Desk • My 55’’ LED TV They repaired three of the above items, and reimbursed me for the missing hardware on the aforementioned lost items. My TV on the other hand had the stand bent and warped from how it was handled. They have tried to replace the stand itself (the replacement stand was also shipped broken – they’re apparently sending a new one), but more critically, the housing that holds the stand is damaged. As a result, my brand new TV now has a permanent tilt backwards that cannot be repaired. Instead of making right on their motto, they sent me a letter saying to go take a hike with regards to my TV. Now I’ll just have to deal with a bent TV. All of the above remedies that they offered took over two months to resolve – with the exception of my $1000 TV – which will never be resolved. Their “Regional Manager” also failed to ever respond to my phone calls or emails… Professionalism at its finest. Take my advice, use a different moving company.

Terrible costumer service experience trying to book. I figured if I couldnt rely on someone to pick up the phone all day during business hours I shouldnt trust the actual moving service either. I called early on a Thursday asking for a last minute move quote for the weekend. The phone was picked up right away and they had a slot for the next day, a Friday. The quote was good so I wanted to book, I just needed to call them back with my husbands cc number to pay the deposit. I was told my slot for the next day was reserved until the end of the day and to just call back. I called my husband, got the card number and tried calling right back. From then on, around 10am, I only got an automated phone system that directed me to a voicemail. I left two messages. I emailed Talarie back from the email she sent me the estimate quote and got nothing! All day, I couldnt get a hold of anyone and they never called. Earlier the next day I called, and again, she picks up right away! Baffling! And then said sorry she couldnt book same day. I asked why I got no answer the previous day and she kept saying "sorry I cant book same day", and I obviously just gave up on them extremely disappointed.

We had a really bad experience with this company. They came and moved out 3/4s of our storage unit and took pictures and sent them to their corporate office of a dead mouse in a nest of fabric and claimed that we had mold on our furniture, so they refused to move us claiming there "was rat feces and mold." When I went to the storage unit to personally look at this, it was actually spider webs (alleged mold) and this mouse nest they had in there, I believe was place there by their workers as we had no holes in any of our couches or mattress. We looked underneath all couches, cushions, and mattress to find no holes whatsoever. Oh and also they left a bottle full of urine. They used to be really great when they were a smaller company, not so much now. And good luck trying to reach a real live person on the phone, its nearly impossible!!!! HORRIBLE DON"T USE THEM!!!!!

I hired Two Men and a Truck at the recommendation of a co-worker and I am so glad I did! I HATE moving. I really dread it. However, with the help of Two Men & a Truck, I moved into my new home with ease. I received great service! The guys had me moved in 2 hours and 15 minutes which included assembling my bed, dining table and making sure my living room furniture was placed where I wanted it. All of my belongings were handled with care. The movers were courteous, professional and efficient. If youre planning a move, youll definitely want to hire these guys. You wont regret it!

We were very happy to find Two Men and a Truck offered an internal move service. We have had a lot of construction on our property, putting in a large addition expanding the size of the original farmhouse by a factor of four. We needed to have a lot of boxes and furniture moved in a short amount of time. The move could have been very stressful, but your men took the stress out of the job, working efficiently and mindful of not stressing me, a 69 year old woman. We will definitely hire them again if we have to move bulky or heavy items in the future.

These guys are amazing. They were fast and careful and moved everything in under 6 hours even though we were given an estimate of 8. If youre complaining about the cost of moving, consider the alternative: do it yourself and take forever or pay a couple of buddies with food and beer but risk damaging the old and new houses and your stuff. The price was completely reasonable and you cant beat the time frame. Save your back, your walls, and your stuff and use Two Men and a Truck.

my father in law hired two men and a truck and he absolutely loves them! I was a bit nervous at first knowing complete strangers would be handling my personal belongings but they changed my mind really fast. The employess "jensen" (that was easy to remeber!) And pattio (I believe thats what he told me) were amazing! They we extra careful with our most beloved items! I will definitely refer them to family and friends and if possible ask for the same movers again!

Dont go with these people! I got into a wreck because of them, I was driving along on the i-15 and the truck lost a metal piece off their truck and the truck in front of me slammed on brake to avoid it as did I and didnt brake fast enough and so I hit the truck in front of me. It cost me 9,000 in medical bills. They are very unprofessional and careless and dont wanna pay my bills! DO NOT WHAT SO EVER GO WITH THEM. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!
