Please stay away I have used local movers for years and never had any issues. This was my first and last move with “Two men and a truck” for following reasons from my recent move experience: 1) They charge you “post to post” which means you will end up paying about an hour extra for them driving around (coming to your place from their FARTHEST office and going from your place to their office, 30 minutes each). I ended up paying 2 hours to move just a dining set (6 chairs and a dining set, nothing fancy). They charged me for them driving in wrong directions (address was given correctly, so it was their mistake) and then I had to spend a lot of time talking to them to admit their mistake and reduce 15 minutes. 2) They are not “local”, when you call them, calls are answered by someone somewhere who routes the truck from the farthest office to charge you maximum. 3) They don’t care about your time. They called me to inform that they are done with the previous move and would like to come now but they never show up for about 45 minutes from the new scheduled time. 4) My move quote was for a dining set and an entertainment center and they ended up charging me 33% more just to move the dining set. Move time is calculated in 15 minutes increments and the time that they take for paper work etc. is also is at your expense. So, I DO NOT recommend them for any moves.

I give them a 0!! Do not use them for any of your moving needs. They ruined several dishes, tried to blame it on me. Broke valuables from my grandma who is deceased, placed all my labeled boxes in my driveway for me to put in the house, and when I asked them why they thought it was okay to just set all my labeled belongings in the driveway they said they would move it again into their labeled places charging by the hour... Uh no thanks you lazy asses. I have yet to be compensated and they only offered me a 100 dollars after ruining my bed, dishes and tool box. How about you pay me a wage since I had to do your movers job, and write me a check for all of the things you damaged. Manager just made excuses for his employees and wouldnt even try to help. AWFUL!!! do not use them ever!

Simply the Best! We could not have been happier with our choice of movers. Everyone at Two Men and a Truck was professional, courteous, careful and extremely efficient. Initially, we were very concerned with the size of our move, but the amazing team was so well coordinated that they completed the entire move in two hours LESS than quoted, saving us quite a bit of money! Everything was very thoughtfully wrapped and not a single item was damaged. This was by far the easiest, most stress-free move we have ever made. Ben and Junior were very knowledgeable and caring. When they arrived they went over the contract and we went over what we needed moved. After packing the truck, they drove to the new address where we walked through the house described what was going in each room. Then as they had questions on items, they would verify where we wanted the item to go. They did not complain about moving items that were already in the new house to a new location. Ben and Junior were great with the kids and dogs. Thank you very much for helping us get into our home!

Excellent customer service! Brandon, Talon, and Kenny were one of the best moving teams I have ever had (and I have worked with 4 different moving teams in Boise before). They made certain to protect doorways and floors before they even began and worked so efficiently that they came in under the estimate. Nothing was damaged and they made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. I would highly recommend using Two Men and a Truck.

I have heard great things about this company. I personally have not used them before because I have not needed to. (yet) I have seen their trucks every where and they keep them so clean. The Two Men and a Truck logo is also the cutest thing I have ever seen. I will be calling this company when I need to move next.

Jarren & Derick were very professional and did a good job. I was disappointed with the 1 hour port-to-port charge and the new policy to everything which adds time and money to the bill. I had half as much furniture (the same stuff) to move this time and it cost more than the first time they moved it 2 years ago.

I have used a LOT of movers in this area and other states and this one does it right and with courteous and care I have never seen before! They were true gentleman and took extreme care with all of our belongings and our home! I have used them several times already and HIGHLY recommend them!

This moving company did a great job. Tasha was very helpful in setting up an appointment on short notice. Doug and Derek moved my mothers apartment belongings quickly and carefully. The final bill came in under the estimated amount. Im very satisfied with the service received.
