Horrible service, I had PODS handle a move for me. I left several items in their care while I deployed over seas. When I returned the items were scratched, chipped, and broken. When I placed a claim since I paid for the insurance. I was denied several times. It was only after several months that PODS admitted fault and offered me part of my claim. I received a little under 1/4 of the amount of money needed to cover my damages. Do not trust PODS insurance it is nothing but a scam to take money. The fine print in the contact will cover very few things. I will not protect your goods from scratches, bumping, or even pests.

Terrible business. Ive had my reservation for over a month. I received a call and email last night stating my delivery window would be between 10:15 am and 1:15 pm and I must be present for delivery. After I didnt receive it by 1:30, I called customer service. The rep told me to expect it between 30 minutes and an hour. Once again, didnt happen. I called at 2:50 at which time I was informed they are "very behind" and I would get it at "some point today." I have been sitting in my home waiting over 5 hours for a delivery I have not received. I wouldnt suggest these people to my worst enemy.
