I like prices and 24 hour acces. What I dont care for the lack of customer service for paying online issues. Took me 10days to get response which caused a late charge for my mom. Which sucked as we are on fixed income.

Been trying to contact the kingman office for 4 days...their call center has no way to contact the actual office. Extremely frustrating. The people at the call center are very nice.
