im a tow truck driver for ogden auto and AAA i have been driving for many years and after awhile in the same community people become friend and are like family i have been driving and doing this service for so long i take pide in what i do i have had the opportunity to realize a good honest mechanic can sometimes be a journy i no their are many out their . Richard and his team has never let me down when a customer has ask for a recommendation they always call me back just to say thank you and tell me they have found their new mechanic and they are very pleased .their has been times that someone has just been passing through and are not from here and other garages have had such a wait and richard has gotten them on their way quickly and are alway please with the service and the prices they feel they were very well taken care of so thank you Richard Rowe and team for your services and allowing myself and my company to give our very best to the community i would highly recommend this garage to all my friends and family and extended family 5 star plus. I love this auto shop! Weve been having our vehicles (Nissan Titan, xc90 Volvo, and Honda van) repaired and maintained since 2012 and I always leave feeling thankful for a knowledgable mechanic I can trust! The prices are fantastic and the repairs have been great! According to two other mechanics our truck was going to cost thousands to fix so we figured we should just junk it but then we got a third opinion- Thanks to Rowe Automotive only a couple hundred later our Nissan is in great shape! With our luck with cars, a good mechanic is like gold! Were so lucky to have been introduced to this shop!

Extremely poor communication and customer service. We will never return to this business. Marilee in the front office is rude and her lack of professionalism will kill the business. Got phone call that truck was repaired. Drove a few miles only to find that there was still a leak. Was told that it was leaking from a different spot that they didnt see in the first place. Just got truck back after a week of being in the shop. Filed BBB complaint. I sincerely hope that no other people suffer as we did at the hands of the incompetent staff.

Richard is a very nice fellow, but that doesnt automatically make his shop great. Ive had several disappointments there. Misdiagnosis: After asking Rowe to check out the heating system because of an intermittent warning light, the shop said everything was fine. It wasnt! The radiator and hoses blew two weeks later. Slow work pace: On at least two occasions, I had to wait two days for simple services. Poor communication: Ive had to make multiple calls to check on the status of vehicles.

Richard and todd have been so good to us, they are so honest! We were told from Mazda we needed an entirely new axel and it would cost 1250+. We came straight over to them and we were out the door around 400. Super reasonable prices as weve had several other car issues worked on. Theyve turned us away without charging us. We will be forever customers!
