Ive been optimistically enduring the terrible customer service here for years now, assuring myself the somewhat decent maintenance rates compensated for the negative experiences... Well, this most recent visit absolutely pushed me over the edge. Went in for a routine alignment and was hassled and mistreated from the second I stepped in the door. The woman named "Dawn" working in the showroom said maybe five words to me with zero personality or even eye contact and then proceeded to rudely gesture to hand her my keys. I was the only apparent customer at the time and yet my 1:00 appointment wasnt even looked at till 2:00. I was then interrogated by a worker, questioning why my vehicles alignment components were "so clean"... Im sorry, should I just leave all the accumulated dirt and grease on my truck so you can then complain about how dirty it is?? After 10-15 minutes of childish and outrageous argument they proceeded to "align" my truck. No surprise, the steering wheel was left completely cock eyed and far from straight driving manner after service. This so called alignment took another hour, leaving my appointment based visit at an "impressive" almost 3 hours. Neither I, nor any person I converse with on the matter of maintenance, will ever revisit this sorry excuse of an Auto Center.

Prompt and friendly service.. But I am less then pleased to find that my car has been damaged in the process of having my battery replaced. There is a nice chunk of paint missing that was certainly there when I left my car in their hands. I am not a happy customer.
