I am so impressed with the operation and staff at Point S. They have provided prompt, reliable service for our three vehicles for several years, and now new tires for a 78 pop up tent camper. I trust their advice, and they are very patient in finding creative solutions to my automotive challenges. As a returning customer, I was pleased when they greeted me by name, a typical part of their customer service. (Im glad their names are on their shirts!) Their waiting room is clean and inviting, the customer rest room is pleasant, and they have coffee and treats available. Ive been impressed with the way they stand behind their products, and will continue to support this Helena business.

Great, friendly, fast service. Fixed my tire on a moments notice and didnt even charge me. Ive have alignments, rotations, oil changes, and other routine maintenance work done here and they are always friendly, professional, prompt, and best of all, fair. They dont try to sell you on services you dont need, and they dont talk to you like youre an idiot, like some shops do. This is now my go-to shop in Helena.

I got tires in October and I got a flat tire because of a nail in March. My tires were worn 60% in only 2 thousand miles and instead of charging me for a new tire... They realized that my tires shouldnt have worn that fast so... They replaced both my back tires for free! Amazing Customer Service!!!
