I noticed some oil under my Tahoe a few days ago. With going on a road trip soon, my husband and I wanted to make sure we got it looked at and taken care of. We called Mobile Car Dr and they came right to our home to diagnose the issue. With having a 1 year old at home, finding a trusted mechanic to come to you is great rather than taking it in to an auto body shop and having to wait with a little one for an hour or two. The mechanic that looked at the truck was Dave, very nice and professional. He concluded that there was no current leak and all fluid levels were optimal. He went ahead and ran some diagnostic testing on the vehicle but no issues. He was at our house for no more than 15 minutes. Yes, the service call is $85 but it is worth it and I truly understand I am paying for the convenience of them coming to my house. My time is valuable too and when you have a little one, sitting in an auto body shop all day and being without a car is not ideal. Also, I do want to point out too that for one reason or another, woman are often times ripped off, even men at dealerships and auto body shops. Probably because most people know little to nothing about car issues. For Dave to examine the truck and conclude everything is clean and looks good was a relief. He probably could have created even a minor issue that most wouldnt question but he didnt. Plus, he ensured that if there are any further concerns in the next week or two just give him a call back. Super convenient at a great price. I needed new battery cables, and had no easy way of getting my car to a shop to get it fixed. Mobile Car Dr. responded quickly, and addressed the issue with no hassle. It only took a few minutes for him to diagnose the extent of the problem, get the parts, and fix it. The mechanic was friendly and helpful and they put on new cables with an anti-corrosive protectant to prevent the problem from happening again, and the price even for a small job was better and more convenient than taking it to a shop. Great experience.

I hired them to inspect a vehicle for me in Phoenix as I live in the midwest. They only listed things that the dealer had already disclosed. They missed that the vehicle had been damaged in some type of accident in the right front of the vehicle and that the seats had been spray painted to look better but actual looked worse. These were obvious things they should have seen. Im not sure they even actually inspected the vehicle. In my opinion they didnt do what they were hired to do.

Wotst experience ever. I thought it was the belt only to be told that it was the water pump. I still got charged $85 for labor and he was out here for an all of like 5 minutes. Definitely going to go to the BAR and the BBB. Its called customer service, not rip the customer off. I doubt that the owner will reply to this but customer service was horrible and he charged me for labor. I would have been happy to pay $20 or $40 but $85 for a 5 minute inspection. This is absurd.

Called and they had a mechanic nearby who was able to drop by and diagnose the problem. Said he would call his part guy and if Amazon was cheaper, I could get it through there, it happened to be cheaper this time around and he installed when it arrived for labor only which was a lot less than I was quoted from another shop and the dealer. Quick, convenient, and saved me money.

Charging issue on my F350 led me to these guys. Ultimately a good decision, though they could not make it out there the first day, there was good communication and they came as scheduled the following day. David was professional and very helpful and we had everything done in a couple of hours at a fair price. I would definitely use these guys again if needed.

The most expensive jump Ive had, $84. They didnt know why my truck couldnt start. Told him it might be the alternator, but he insisted I needed a new battery, and told me to go to Auto Zone! Five hrs down the road, I needed to replace the alternator!
