They messed up on replacing my fuel pump. Drove my truck home from the shop and it wouldnt start the next morning after paying $347.00 (diag, + replace) They told me if i brought it back i would be charged again ($225)to have it fixed. Because of course the fault would on the part not the shop. Couldnt afford it. So Then I hired another person to replace the pump once again in my apt parking lot n he charged only $100 and he found out that community tire not only broke a clip on the fuel pump but also didnt install it correctly. I enjoyed wasting money. I never asked for a refund or complained because you know its not going to help. I just gave em a heads up on the situation n they acted they wish they could do something but couldnt because its a corporate entity and all the red tape requires propper paper work from second replacement to be approved. Im just giving an honest review. Good luck if you take your vehicle there hopefully its an ideal break/fix and nothing outta the ordinary goes wrong because you could be throwing money out the window n be stuck with a non running vehicle. i would not trust that shop again.

Back in January I had an issue with a blown head gasket on my 3 yr old Hyundai Sonata. Not knowing where to turn, I had my car towed to Community Tire Pro off 32nd St merely for convenience and proximity to my house. It was there that a certified technician diagnosed a very serious issue. From there, the Community Tire Pros team was gracious enough to explain everything to me that gone wrong with the vehicle (lets just say blown head gaskets are migraine inducing and money draining). Also, I was even given the opportunity to talk to the manager Lorenzo, who was nothing short of helpful in taking the time to work out my options that would fix the car and always returned my calls promptly. Additionally, it was also Lorenzos advice that I call my vehicle manufacturer to learn of any warranty opportunities. Being the secondary owner of said Sonata, my knowledge of said warranty was limited at best. But I now happy to say that Hyundai would cover the repairs required to fix my care. It was the team at Community Tire Pros saved me a lot of money. Needless to say I will be returning there very soon.

The entire team is professional, kind, and above all honest. I walked into Community Tire about a month ago, concerned about a few things, my engine light was on, another shop that I went to previous told me I had a leak that would cost me $180.00 to fix. The friendly guys at Community Tire ran a diagnostic and all I needed was a small part replaced and I did not have a leak like the other guys told me I had. The car was in and out in less than 24 hours. Another time I went back because I smelled something burning and they showed me where I had a plastic bag stuck underneath my car causing the smell. They could have said I needed a new belt or some other reason to charge me more but they didnt. There were multiple opportunities to charge me extra and they always only charged me for what was actually going on with my vehicle. Thank you Lorenzo, Ed, and all the awesome guys from Community Tire Pros! Ill be back soon to rotate my tires=)

A company is not anything without great employees who care as well as service behind their name. You definitely get that with Community Tire Pros. Both Lorenzo (Manager at Greenway/32nd store) and Jeremy R go over and beyond what you would expect from a store. I was having issues with my tires on a branch new vehicle. The road noise was driving me nuts. I decided to check out Community Tire and so glad I did. They treated me like I was their only customer. I got new 22 inch tires and didnt like them and they have a 30 day ride window. I decided to get smaller tires and rims and that solved the issue. Lorenzo and Jeremy had excellent communication skills throughout the process, kept me in formed and the most important factor, honest!. You should not go anywhere else but Community Tire. Amazing service and quality. Customer for life.

Honest and friendly. Before coming here, Costco and discount tire company had told me there was no way to fix my run-flat tire and that I had to get a new one. A friend had been to this Community tire location before and suggested we try it. Ended up taking it here and they fixed it within an hour, for FREE. I insisted in paying for the service but they said that joining their rewards program (which is free and only requires an e-mail address to join) includes flat tire repair. I ended up saving 300$ for a new tire. Thanks to my service advisors Kris and Jason for taking care of me. Will be bringing my BMW here for my next service.

I called the day of to get two new tires. They ordered them and had them same day. Great price! I had shopped around so I was happy they were fair. Then had to get two more tires the next week. I had been putting it off. Called in the morning, same thing. Ordered and delivered same day installation. Had my brakes done. Fair price. They even drove me and my kids home to wait and picked myself and kids back up. Amazing customer service. Didnt talk down to me when consulting with me on my car. Today I just received a hand written thank you note! Never in the history of car repairs have I received a thank you note. Customer for life now.

Lorenzo and Mark are very welcoming, informative, and professional. I appreciate the timely service as well as the atmosphere. They offer a relaxing place to sit while you wait, complete with complimentary coffee and water and neat automotive displays all around. Every time I go here I am impressed and satisfied. I would highly recommend going here to get your car worked on. The best thing about them is that I find them very trustworthy, which is especially important when finding a repair shop. Even if it is a little bit farther than you want to drive, try them out because good service will be worth the drive in the long run.

Went into this location after visiting the Community Tires on University Dr. and having a decent experience. This location is no different if not better, great above and beyond service of your vehicle without the pressure to take care of repairs needed all at once. They even did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and discovered a nail in the rear drivers side tire which they took care of for me using my "High Mileage Club" coupon. I really dont see myself taking my vehicle anywhere else for service in the future, especially with my barber literally a block away! Give them a shot and you wont be disappointed.

Honest and friendly. Lorenzo was a true professional and I will be back again. I tried to write a second review but I cant seem to find out how to do that. So, Im adding to a previous 5 star review today, September 22. Lorenzo is the best service manager Ive ever worked with. Intelligent, helpful and great customer service skills. He takes the time to explain what is wrong-or not wrong- and what the repair options are. He also knows a lot about wine and has made some very recommendations. Community Tire is lucky to have him.
