I was so so pleased with my experience at 180 Automotive! Reesey, Amanda and the rest of the team were wonderful. I had no doubt that they were taking care of me properly. I have not lived in Phoenix long and was feeling the burn when my air-conditioning stopped working. An aquiantance recommended this shop to me. I called and was able to get an appointment a week or so out but then was called back by Amanda and given a sooner and much needed appointment. When we discussed dropping the car off at the shop I was shocked when she inquired " how are you getting to work?" Id never been asked that question by a shop before and it made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I do not have family or friends in the area to help me and the shop was kind enough to arrange a loaner for me to get to and from work. I ended up needing a MAJOR A/C service and brakes. My vehicle was ready in less than two-days, absolutely unheard of for the amount of work necessary! I did incur an $1,800.00 bill but was happily surprised when my service advisor Reesey enrolled me in a VIP program that saved me in excess of $300.00 which took me down to a little less than $1500.00. I have never ever in my life heard of a shop that does a discount program. Secondarily, and possibly MOST IMPORTANT the shop offers a huge warranty on services. This warranty includes guarantees and instructions and help if you are out of the area... This had to have been by far the best auto-mechanic experience Ive ever had. I did not feel gauged---as I had called around and compared. I felt like they really value and take pride in customer service and the work that they do by providing customers a VIP experience. I will never go to another shop!!

My roommates and I used to come here but over time (and most likely when they switched locations) their prices went up to the point that they charge more than dealerships... and we all know getting your car fixed at a dealership is like getting robbed at gun point. I went to get my thermostat replaced. I drive the standard-iest of cars and most of the time I do the repairs myself if I can easily reach the part (aka not remove the freaking motor). Not only did they charge me double than what a thermostat actually costs (like $10-20 at a store/online), they charged me $300 for the labor.. a job that should not have taken more than 10mins. When they called me back asking me how my car was and how my experience went I explained how displeased I was. The lady said she would talk to the owner/manager and find a remedy, apologizing profusely. Nothing happen. 6 months later I got another call to "check up on me" and I told them the same story and why I wasnt returning. I got the same answer. Still nothing.

180 Automotive always goes above and beyond for me. They provide great care for my car, have an amazing waiting lounge with local art, snacks and wifi, and give so much back to the Phoenix community, like free car care classes for women. I have been given rides when my car is being worked on, have used courtesy vehicles for longer repairs, and have saved money from their great warranties and the Car Care Club. 180 takes the time to explain car repairs in terms I can understand, and they always ensure that I take the most effective, cost-efficient route to maintain my vehicle. 180 Auto values my loyalty, and I value their service. Thanks for being outstanding at what you do.

My husband took our car their at my urging since I figured a women owned shop would understand that not everyone understands automotive repair. Big big mistake. Within two days the problems they were paid to fix was worse. Our old mechanic fixed the repair 180 degrees made worse. I read some of the reviews and while most seem to be ok the bad ones are very bad. Read some of the 1 and 2 star reviews here and on yelp star before going. If I had it would have saved us quite a bit of money and hassle. I gave them an extra star only because they were prompt. However I seriously wonder if they replaced the part they charged us for or not.

While having my car shipped from VA to (Phoenix) AZ I got a call notifying me that a regulator gave out, leaving my front passenger window down. So, I performed an online search and luckily I found Bogi! Of all the mechanics I talked with she was the only one that was concerned with securing my vehicle in her yard as it was scheduled to arrive in AZ on a holiday weekend. Not only did she give me her mobile # so that I could call her if the car arrived after her regular shop hours, she fixed the window on her day off! I will definitely take my car to Bogi again.

Ive been going to 180 automotive to take care of my mini cooper ever since the warranty expired, and they have been awesome. Every time I have an issue, they are the first ones I go to. They let me know what issues are most pressing to fix, and which can wait. There is no pressure, and they explain in detail what is going on with my vehicle (even sending pictures and answering some of my very long winded questions). I look forward (as much as one can look forward to fixing a vehicle) to working with the in the future.

Nina would not give me a quote on a repair that was already diagnosed by multiple shops.......she said its "really hard" to give a quote w/out having a tech look at it....I told her im sure your shop calls and check parts prices 30 times a day and im sure you know your labor rate........she started to argue and waste more of my time by saying, "well,. blah, blah, blah"......hung up @ this point as I already have other shops working on quotes for me. pay me for my wasted phone time.

Another one of those places that obviously had some "Shop Consulting" done. The result? a) Serve some coffee and b) get a pretty girl to assist the customer and "presto", you can now charge $150 an hour for labor! Pffffftt! But what really took the cake was 180 degree tacked on an extra $12 to my tow bill that I had already paid for. Twelve. Dollars. Really? LOL

One of the cleanest shops Ive ever been to. They have an almost entirely female team of mechanics that know what theyre doing and will take the time to answer your questions. We take my work van to them and Id also like to take my own vehicles there but its just too far during the week. I wish they were opened on Saturday.

I am in the automotive industry and this is one of the best experience I have had. I will take all of my vehicles here. I met the female tech that worked on my BMW and she blew me away with her knowledge and passion for these cars. She knew things only an enthusiast would know about my car. Its not stock. Very pleased!

Could not get an estimate on work. The $150 I would pay to get the car towed there, get the estimate, and possibly decline the price would have been a huge waste. Than I wouldve been paying return towing as well. Useless if I can not get a quote over the phone for a job by the book.
