Friendly staff and quick service. I have a concern about their safety standards based on a recent experience, and its worth sharing. My story in a nutshell: Eagle Tire damaged my Michelin tires, making them unsafe (according to Costco and Les Schwab), and was still willing to mount them. For four years my wife has had Eagle remove our studded snows and mount our summer Michelins. By chance I brought the van to Costco this year, and Costco refused to mount the Michelins. The reason? The bead had been damaged. I brought the van and tires to Eagle and they told me Costco was just overreacting and that the tires could be safely mounted. Then I brought my damaged Michelins to Les Schwab, who also refused to mount them due to a damaged bead. To be fair, repeated mounting and unmounting over several years increases the risk of this kind of damage. But I dont feel this justifies compromising safety. I feel that Eagle Tire should have advised against mounting the damaged tires and offered an alternative. Im no tire expert, but if two reputable tire shops judge the tires unsafe to mount, I have to question Eagle Tires safety judgement.

I brought my truck in for a front brake issue. Horrible metal grinding on metal. Id been to TWO other places where they said I had to make an appointment, without even taking a glance at it. I wasnt even sure if I should be driving it! Called Eagle Tire, they said go ahead and bring it right now. This is at 4:15pm on a Friday. They take it, look at it, fix it right then and there, and charge a very fair price to replace the front brake pads on my HD truck. Mind you, theyre also extremely busy. Somehow, they fit me in, fix my brakes, and send me on my way. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Couldnt believe it. So stress free. Their mechanic Alan is awesome.

Great service and I appreciated the honest evaluation. I brought it in for an alignment but ended up needing some front end work, glad they caught it. It was also very reasonable for the work I got done. I would recommend.

Eagle Tire took my car right in when I arrived with a flat. Their rates were much better that the competition. They had me back on the road in less that 30 minutes. I would reccomend them to all my friends
