I was on a work trip in a brand new Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins diesel literally less than 1,000 miles on it. It broke down late in the afternoon with a check engine light and power reduced. I was able to get off the freeway and met a guy with a tool box. After failed attempts to fix the problem myself I ask, is there anyone you think could look at it this late? He said, "probably one of the best mechanics in Arizona lives in this town!" Another good ole boy came up to see whats going on and he said the same thing. So I rushed over to his shop where he was packing up to go home. He stopped everything he was doing to come help with my truck. Way past closing time as well. He quickly diagnosed the problem with expertise. He ended up spending about 45 minutes with me after we found out the problem and trying to help me through it. I made it home to Utah thank you for your help! Highly recommended.

Superb service. I had a flat on Fossil Creek Rd then stripped a lug. We were screwed for returning our 2 hrs back to Phoenix. We called ITnA, Chris Longfellow jumped right on our issue. No up sale, no "suggestive selling, just straight shooting and we were back on our way HOME in not time flat! I will even be returning for modification work on my Jeep. They were extremely friendly from the start and were fast and efficient with their repairs. They did a full diagnostic of my car and even took if for a test run after they patched up the flat tire and pumped it full of air. They didnt even charge me a penny for it all in the end. I definately would recommend visiting them even if you are not sure your car is damaged. They can do everything besides body repairs!

Very accomdating. Got us an appointment quickly . Diagnosed our auto problem quickly. We only have the one vehicle and other places we called wanted to keep our vehicle 3 days just to determine the problem.
