Jeff and the guys at Just Brakes are just what a lady with car trouble needs. Jeff gave me an affordable oil change time after time while checking to make sure other things were in order for me to get around safely. In this day and age its nice to know there is a neighborhood auto repair place that cares more about helping me get back on the road than the not-so-almighty dollar. The work is professional, the guys are pleasant, the prices are fair. When I needed a tune-up, Jeff and the guys worked me in on a tight schedule. I will continue to take my vehicle back to Just Brakes knowing that Jeff and the boys will continue to take care of me. Great Job guys!

Worst automotive experience I have ever had! They charged me double what I was quoted and took 3 and a half hours longer than what they said. Instead of apologizing for they extreme delay, they tried blaming me for it, saying I didnt tell them my car was a quarto which they never even asked when the cashier took my car info. While I was getting my car to leave the cashier took another phone call and proceeded to help them for fifteen minutes before he handed me my receipt instead of just putting the other customer on hold and finishing my transaction.

Im a single mom who can not afford to spend more than needed. Every experience at Just Brakes has been positive. They are always reasonable in price and take the time to explain whats going on. They even take the time to show me on my car what needs to be fixed. When I do have a service done there, I never leave and find that something else comes up ironically. They simply address the problem, charge you accurately and send you off in a timely manner, even offering a free local ride to and from your location.

The mechanics in the shop were "awesome"...but Im thinking we caught Brian inside the office on a really bad day! His demeanor, facial expression, and tone were beyond rude. He did NOT want to deal with us at all. We felt totally unwanted! His attitude caught us a little off guard. He simply did not want to do a tune-up for us and looked he wanted us to disappear. Kudos to his staff for continuing to be pleasant. Headed back to Cali! Minus a tune-up :-(

Professional service, competitive pricing, hometown feel. I gotta say after meeting the folks here at just brakes and having some work done, the number of mechanics I trust has gone to three. Twin Lakes Auto and Dunn Tire and Automotive being the other two. The things these three places share are value and integrity. I highly recommend their service happily to anyone who needs automotive service done.

They dont know what theyre doing. They broke my car and the breaks still squeak and now have a rubbing noise as well. When I brought up the issue they ran me in circles. I went back multiple times never got the issue resolved. In the end they blames it on my vehicle which is only a 2010. Bull...
