I have used this company for all my plumbing needs for 3 years now. All the plumbers are friendly, efficient, and very good at their job. However, it can be quite difficult to schedule an appointment; to get your call returned; really any sort of communication with the office/schedulers is poor. I have had to wait 5 days to even hear back - and when I finally did hear back, was told that they couldnt do the job. If they couldnt do the job, it would have been helpful/professional to say so days before, so I could get another plumber. I always paid my bill the day I received it and was always polite to every worker there. Unfortunately, they have lost me as a customer for good.

I would not give them any stars but had to give them one in order to submit. Do Not Use for any of your plumbing needs! They left the yard a mess and did not complete the job the first time. When they came back to complete the job they sent someone who did not know exactly what he was to do, and he did not have the tools necessary to complete the job so he had to ask to borrow ours.

Had an issue where my furnace was intermittently working. They were able to come the same day and worked through a very bizarre and technically challenging setup (of course it was working fine then). The tech was in his van about to leave, when he had one more idea of something to test and it worked! Very courteous as well!

Called for maintenance on my furnace- turned out to be a bad zone valve. Performed the work, mechanic was friendly and told me how to fix the other valves myself if it failed again.
