Roto Rooter you are a God send! Thank you so much for your quick service and expertise! Our water heater went, with no notice and we had a severely old water shut off that made it impossible to completely turn our water off. We survived the water heater changing with quite a mess but were unable to get our water back on successfully. I actually tried local plumbers in the area with no success and then called Roto Rooter. Without hesitation, we were scheduled a speedy appointment with a certified plumber to come out and fix this shut off under our home, in a tight spot, and the professionalism and confidence of John, tech 41, was far more than a job but a comfort and relief that can not be conveyed by mere words! John took care of more than a valve for us but gave us peace of mind that in the future, should we suffer more issues from any part of our home that we can without fear of a more serious issue, go and turn our water off and secure the problem. Thank you Roto Rooter for your quick response! For your professionalism and for being available 24/7 knowing we have you to rely upon day or night! I called a plumbing company about a leak in our basement and their response was that they could give us an appointment for mid January 2016. We decided to contact Roto-Rooter. Rita was our contact person. She explained that she could have a tech at our home between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. She asked for our email address, all along explaining that if we showed the email to the tech, that we would receive a discount. I accepted the appointment. Within 15 minutes Rita called back saying that she had found an available tech and that he could be on his way to our home immediately and would this be acceptable to us. Twenty-five or so minutes later we meet John Tech 41. John access the problem and went to work. We are always interested in work being performed on our home. I had lots of questions and John was very willing to answer them. He explained what he was doing and why. His work was done in a timely fashion and he conducted himself in a professional manner. What a positive experience for us. Thank You Rita, John and Roto-Rooter.

Our new washing machine that was delivered today uncovered problems that we didnt know had been developing over the 9 years that we had our front loader. When our new top load washer was being tested by the installer, water backed up into the bathroom sink along with huge chunks of black matter. When the washer was stopped to prevent the sink from overflowing, the water drained out of the sink as it always had. I called our local Roto-Rooter. They sent two men within the hour. The men snaked the the drain from the bathroom sink out to the main line and brought back quite a collection of sludge and lint that had collected over the years. The men were courteous, they explained everything about the job including price, and then unclogged our ailing drain quickly and thoroughly. They also did a good job of cleaning up underneath the sink and the floor. This is the first time I have had an issue with a clogged drain in the 30 years I have owned my home. If and when it happens again, I will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter.

We had an obstruction in a main drain inside of the house. I called RotoRooter. The tech called back within 10 minutes of my call. Arrived at the house as he said he would. Once here he listened to the situation, correctly diagnosed the blockage; used a camera to confirm its location; cleared the blockage and augured the line outside of the house to make sure the flow was adequate and that no detritus was in the line. The tech also documented a potential problem in the line outside of the house and marked the location of this in the yard. With the blockage removed, the line was re-examined and tested for an adequate period of time. The tech (Corey #35) was professional throughout his time at our house. He gave good advice on clean-up. He explained all steps clearly and confidently. Corey was patient, professional and careful in all phases of his work. You can ask for more in a service provider.

Corey tech 35 was very prompt and got the problem rectified very quickly. Frozen pipes on a frigid Friday night at 10 PM. when I called the answering service said a tech would get back to me withing the hour. Corey called in 15 minutes. Explained that he had 3 other calls before mine and said he would be there by 11PM. He was here at 10:10 and thawed the frozen water pipes by midnight. He was extremely professional and courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. I should add that I live in a mobile home and NO ONE would take on the task. so FYI Roto Rooter DOES deal with MANY issues. The price was very reasonable and I will use them again in a heartbeat. I offered to fill Coreys coffee mug and he was very grateful. He went on his way to yet another call. Corey was an excellent tech and if I need any sort of plumbing needs again I hope I get him as a tech.

I had an issue at 8:30pm at night and called Craige, the owner. Craige REPLIED to my question that night (fter stating that he did not need to do so since it was late in the evening already) and he walked me through some things to check over. He recommended that I called a septic service versus having his business come out and look at it since it sounded like a septic issue and not a plumbing issue. With that said, in this day and age it is VERY rare to have a business be so honest and upfront and all the while help you at night from the phone. When I asked him how to compensate him for his time, he said "No problem, youre all set." I will absolutely use his service for any of my plumbing needs from here on our and I recommend his business to anyone in need of a plumbing service. Thank you Craige, you are a class act!

On a Sunday night, my toilets clogged and my tub overflowed. Corey came out within an hour of my call and snaked the pipes. We ended up having to have the tank pumped; he recommended a company that doesnt charge a ridiculous amount of money (which I greatly appreciated!). I have two small children in the house and he said that if I needed him to come back, to call and he would. After the tank was pumped, the toilets still werent draining so I called him and he came back at 10 at night! He ran a hot water flush through the lines towards the house, and then took extra time to run the flush through the lines towards the leech field. The problem was finally taken care of at 11pm. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and Corey for issues like this. He was very attentive to what he was doing, and has a lot of knowledge.
