This is one of the best responders to any Plumbing Emergency. I have had an extremely professional rapport with Them from the day we renovated our Hamptons Home. The team is extremely professional attentive and efficient. They know to care for your home the minute they walk in. Being careful not to soil any floors. Problem solvers they address all the issues with you and help you figure out the best cost effective solution. I have had unfortunately 3 leaks due to harsh winter and the construction shifting after the house settled. And at any given time when I contacted Order a Plumber on a weekday weekend and even around Christmas I always received a response without the hour and the service was performed immediately If I could give them 10 stars I will. Order a Plumber did all of the plumbing for my 3 bathrooms with radiant heating and my new kitchen. The service was impeccable, all of the plumbers were helpful, friendly and informative. Everything was explained to me in detail before they performed the work. They always brought drop cloths and shoe covers. If I ever needed them throughout the renovation I would call and they would be here quickly to resolve any problems. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

Great company!! I thought I had a major problem at my house ( A leak under the foundation) it wasnt the case. The Tech found the problem using a listening device and fixed the problem without tearing up my house. He was in and out in under an hour without killing me with the price. Extremely happy with the service and over all experience with company. Now I wont have to scroll through Google the next time I have a plumbing problem, I know who I will call.

The guys at Order A Plumber did all my plumbing when I recently gutted my kitchen to remodel. They even installed my sink and garbage disposal. I personally appreciated how before they left they even cleaned the work area and left it better than it was before they showed up. They did such a good job I even had them come back last week to install a new ice-maker. I will only be using Order A Plumber for all of my future plumbing needs!

On 10/31, I had an appt. with Roto Rooter but Order a Plumber showed up. Not sure how that happened. The tech didnt identify himself and was not wearing any logos to indicate Order a Plumber and on the invoice no number or signature by the tech. Just confused on how OaP knew that I needed a plumber when I contacted Roto Rooter. He performed the service.

What a disaster of a company, terrible customer service, work left unfinished, never came back. They redid the pipes, were supposed to install shower, sink and toilet, both sink and toilet installed and leaking. Terrible beyond words!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!

Very pleased with the service from Order a Plumber. Had all new plumbing installed in 2 bathrooms. They also moved the location of my toilet in master bath to better fit the bathroom extension that was put on. Workers were efficient and neat.

I called them about a faucet leak in the shower. They came and gave me a ridiculously overpriced estimate of $350 to repair it. I declined, so they charged me $42 for the estimate. The next plumber I called did the job for $150.
