Im glad Cyrious Plumbing was the first thing that popped up when I searched for "Plumber Middlebury CT!" I called one other top result for price comparison and was greeted with a gruff, much less than helpful owner after calling the number on the facebook page. When I was called back by Cyrious, it was by a polite and professional person who was very helpful! While I cant guarantee that you will get the lowest price, the price seems fair for the amount of work, care, and precision that went into fixing my problems. In addition to the work, Bob was very informative throughout the whole process and took the time to explain what the problems were (not just the symptoms I had reported to him), what had caused them, what my options were -- as well as his recommended fix if there were options. Maybe best of all, when I had to pick a path that wasnt his top recommendation, he didnt try to talk me out of it. He just wished me the best of luck (since I had requested a "band-aid" fix for one issue which may get me by for a couple of weeks, or a couple of years) and said he hoped he wouldnt have to see me shortly, but would be happy to address the problem should the fix be a temporary one. If I have future plumbing needs that are beyond my skill, Ill certainly call Cyrious to get the job done right!

i had a very unique situation which required bob and mike to go way beyond what any of my expectations were. and they did it fast courteous and with the utmost respect integrity and professionalism anyone could ever ask for. they were extremely knowledgeable in what they did and made everyone so comfortable they might as well have been family in our house. and they even stopped back later in the day to make sure another aspect of the job went well which they definitely didnt have to do. these gentlemen will be called by us whenever we need any plumbing done and will be recommended to anyone and everyone that is in the area and needs a plumber. great job guys and thank you so much for all the help.

Bob and his son Mike were amazing. I was leaving for a trip out of the country Thursday night and of course my water heater broke and was leaking all over the basement Wednesday night. I called Bob Thursday morning and he assured me it would be taken care of before I left. He followed up with me several times, didnt bat an eye when I gave him some misinformation about the size of the new water heater I would need, worked into the early evening to make sure everything was working correctly and did it all with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Cyrious Plumbing - a truly customer focused organization!

I called Cyrious plumbing late one night and left a message when I smelled gas in my house and confirmed that I had a leak (and shut the gas off). Bob called me right back within 20 minutes, and him and Mike were at my house the next morning at 8am sharp. They were extremely polite, and responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Cyrious Plumbing. Bob and Mike are very professional. We had an issue with frozen pipes that resulted in us having no heat on our second floor. I requested Cyrious plumbing to replace my old bathroom faucet and sink knobs with a new one- Instead of this he informed me that he brought the wrong size for my sink. He also broke the knob handle and left me with no way to turn the cold water on or off. He then charged $90.00 for a new valve stem to stop the leaking faucet. Very unprofessional and incomplete job!

Bob arrived right on time. He put paper booties over his shoes as he entered the house. He looked at our problem and in less than five minutes had it solved. Although we didnt have to, wed be willing to pay twice the going rate for someone this conscientious and knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong calling Cyrious Plumbing.
