I had a bad incident where two boilers for a hot water baseboard heating system caught fire in the middle of the night. Fortunately, the fire was quickly put out, but two of the apartments in the building were without heat. Promptly at 7am opening, I called Falcon to get the boilers replaced. There was someone there on hand to take the call at that time and within 15 minutes Brian, the owner, had called me back. We discussed options, and after hanging up and calling me back, had located two inexpensive but good quality boilers to install. The men were on site with the boilers by 9am. It took the two men 10 hours to install the new furnaces, a lot of hard work. They were diligent and professional, and they stayed on task to get the job done. They knew all the features required to be installed to be conformant with code. The boilers work very well. I later received independent confirmation that the boilers were good ones from Vermont Gas. Finally, the bill, when it came, was quite reasonable for two boiler installation, especially considering the rush nature of the job. So overall, when Falcon needed to be there, they were there with the men and equipment necessary to make the situation right. The did so with good communication an courtesy. And they did so without charging an arm and a leg for the privilege.

Needed baseboard vents hooked up to an existing system. Had all materials ready, and the floors open for easy access. I just needed a plumber to hook it up and make it air tight. Was told by Brian that he didnt want the job because it would take away from his other customers and that he was 2-3 weeks out on schedule. WTF? yeah I think most jobs you would be scheduling a few weeks out, and not tell the person you were going to "bow out." Also I am a customer as they put in my boiler and hot water tank.... The only reason I would think they wouldnt take the job is because I said I bought all the materials and just need someone to hook it up, so he would miss out on over charging for materials. Appreciate the help.......

I am a maintenance person for a large set of condos in burlington proper. We have another company that we use for our day to day needs, but when they are overbooked we call Falcon or suggest to the unit owners to call Falcon. So far I or unit owners have had to deal with them 6 times and with the exception of bringing a slightly different part one time, they have always had their acts together, being on time, having correct parts on hand, having knowledge of the issue, and being able to communicate with me properly regarding the fix. The last one is a big one with me, as communication is easy enough but yet so hard for some people.

I had an emergency with my dishwasher overflowing overnight. I called for emergency help around 3:30 AM after trying unsuccessfully to turn off the water at the valve. I was walked through step by step how to turn the water to the dishwasher off from the boiler. The gentleman was patient and used technology by having me send him pictures to assist. I am grateful that I was able to stop the water flow. He also referred services for cleaning up the water and repairing the dishwasher. Excellent service!

I recommend Falcon Plumbing despite the 3 star rating. Falcon has worked on our home 5+ times over the last 6 or 7 years. Every interaction has been really great with Ryan and Justin, and they did some tough, custom work (at least to this layman). The last two appointments with another tech were different and included some sloppiness and a lack of craftsmanship. Since the other experiences were great, Im sticking with Falcon. Next time, Ill just ask for another tech.

We have used Falcon for years and have always been very pleased with their work. Today I had to call to ask them to search their records to find out when our last service was and the lady who answered the phone was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend Falcon every time.

Called in the morning and got same-day early afternoon in-home service. The guy was really nice and went above and beyond. Very reasonable rates! Definitely a pleasant company to deal with. :)
