I called for a repair of a leaking spigot that was causing water to go into my basement. They quoted me $450. I was able to negotiate the price of the job to $300. Two days later the spigot is leaking(not as badly as it was) and there is still water in my basement. Why is it so difficult to find companies that do good work the first time around? Its frustrating and a waste of my time because now I have to get them back here to try again. Im still running my dehumidifier around the clock and if course there is still the damp smell in the basement.

Great organization - called them after trying to get 2 others to come out (and both failed to show). Great communication - promised a window that was only a couple of hours away - came 30 minytes prior to...quick diagnosis and subsequent repair - very reasonably priced. Definitely try them!
