The sewer main going out to the street backed up. I called a few places for a price quote to snake out the main sewer line. No one would give me a quote. I asked my neighbors and someone suggested Zoom Drain. I had never heard of them. I called up and the lovely woman I spoke to (I dont remember her name) gave me a ball park quote. She told me who my Technician would be and the time of arrival. Nick Lacobazzi was my Tech. Edin was his assistant. Nick explained all of my options. I must say that I thought the price to do the work was a bit high. When I googled the cost of what they had to do to remove the tree roots that entered the sewer line, they were in the ball park of the national average. These guys worked very hard to unclog my sewer line. They explained everything as they were going along. They had a camera and showed me the clog. When they finished, they showed me the cleaned out sewer line. They were very thorough and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone needing this type of service. I will use them again. The price was not cheap, but it was well worth it! Thank you Zoom Drain!

The day started with a phone call and Tina was there to answer it and she said that Rich should be over my house within an hour but we all know that most time this is not true but i have to say that Rich was there in half that time and he assets the situation and expiated the options that i had, with no pressure from Rich. Rich very professional and quickly started working but the job only got harder and he never gave up even. i was never rushed into making a decision, Rich never rushed to thru his job or gave up when he was challenged which he gets an A+ from me. The company was quick, reliable, professional and knowledgeable. The prices are a bit higher than normal but you pay for a service well done with warranty and respectful, knowledgeable plumbers. i highly recommend them. thanks again,

Great Job! I highly recommend this company. Ive come across lots of plumbers in my profession all over the US and this company is one of the best Ive worked with. Knowledgeable technicians and well maintained equipment, and overall just great guys. They know what they are doing. I reached out not only to roto-rooter but several other plumbing companies in the area and was having issues just getting them to understand our unique situation. Zoom-drain went above and beyond to understand our project and and assist us anyway that they could. That is something I have never experienced with another national chain or franchise. Miguel, Shaun, and Jason, thanks again for the job well done.

Zoom Drain is the way to go, literally! From the moment I spoke with Tina I knew by her professionalism that this was the only company I should be calling for service. Usually, most companies have a crotchety, cabby person answering the phone that would turn the phone over to another person that would rather be somewhere else but there! Tina left me with the impression that this company and its owner(s) treat its employees as family. Then comes Shaun! He was the icing on the cake; very friendly and really knows his $#!%! I was immediatley spoil to the point of wishing Zoom Drain also does Landscaping, Pool Service, Carpentry and Electrical!

I had the pleasure of dealing with your on-site representative Mr. Rich Bubel this afternoon at my home while dealing with two (2) clogged kitchen sinks. A situation that is most unpleasant. Rich arrived at my door on-time, was very polite, knowledgeable, well mannered, neat as a pin, assessed the needed remedy quickly and completed his task with dispatch. Ill be honest, I called at least 4 or 5 companies. These guys responded 4 hours ahead of all the others, got there fast, got it done. It was pretty expensive, but not zoom drains fault at all. At that point, with the problem I had in my house, Id have paid any price! I dont remember Tina, maybe she was the dispatcher? Sorry! But Rich was awesome. Super honest, professional, called in another resource when needed, explained everything, even showed me video of what was going on! Most importantly, he fixed it!! miracle worker!!

I found both the office and the service technician to be extremely professional, courteous, helpful and trustworthy. Everything was fully explained, prices quoted from the smallest step going up. Possible problems were discussed and I was not pushed. It ended up I only needed what was the least expensive level of service, and I was given helpful recommendations for the future. I called Zoom Drain this afternoon and spoke with Corey who was very polite and helpful. Within a half an hour Shaun was here and working. He was clean, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. After fixing the problem, he went and checked other rooms to make sure there were no other issues or leaks. He was very thorough and cleaned up spotless. Miguel and Garrett were both very knowledgeable and polite efficient workers. Explained everything to me as they worked and were real nice guys. Explained pricing up front and make proper recommendations based on the issues at hand. I would totally recommend their services to anyone having main drain issues or any blockages anywhere in your home. Equipment used state of the art and very interesting to watch and learn.

These folks returned the call within 15 mins after 530 pm. Arranged a time the following day between 9-12 and were there by 10 am. Migel was friendly, introduced himself, was professional and explained everything he was doing and why. I hope we never need them again but if we do, I would feel comfortable calling them and especially requesting Miguel. We found zoom through the rating on google and they deserve every star!

I would highly recommend Zoom Drain. We experienced a sewage back up in our basement. Joe from Zoom Drain was very professional from the moment he stepped into the house. He found and got to the "roots" of the problem. He spent hours to make sure he properly cleared out the blockage. He was also very conscious of keeping our house clean and offered to disinfect everything he touched. Excellent service.
