I used to go to Salon Anu years ago. I always got a good cut and style from Joseph (the owner) but didnt really enjoy my time there or feel comfortable. Not sure why. A friend of mine continued to go there and always got a great haircut from Joseph. She always also had her eyebrows colored because they were so blond/white it looked like she didnt have any. The color came out different every time. The last time, they came out neon orange and her skin was burned! Joseph said to wait and see how she felt about the color tomorrow. Not! I took her to my gal that night, who fixed her eyebrows in about 10 minutes. Everyone makes a mistake, but to let her walk out looking ridiculous was not ok. We were both shocked that he didnt say, "Oh you know what -- that doesnt look so good. Let me fix that." He actually tried to convince her that it looked fine. Very disappointing.

I visited Salon Anu on a coupon/daily deal. The receptionist was slightly rude and the girl that washed my hair was unimpressive and unfriendly. I also ended up with Joseph and he did an ok job of cutting the back of my hair, but totally messed up my bangs. I came in with one style and left with a completely different one. I didnt ask for anything different, in fact I stated that I wanted to grow my bangs out. They ended up about 2.5 inches long and I had to pin them back for weeks until they grew out. I had an awful experience and I will not be returning.

Lily was my hairdresser and she did a great job. I had a terrible highlight done before, then I had my hair dyed dark brown, but it turned out basically black. Went there today with no appointment and everybody was very nice. Lily listened to all my concerns, as I was scared to have a bad hair experience again, and she found a way to not damage my hair (although it really needs conditioning) and do highlights without leaving it red/orange/yellow. And the price was very reasonable.

I have been here twice now. Sophia is literally a miracle worker. I came in with a box dyed mess of hair and she completely corrected my super long hair with gorgeous highlights. I just had my second appointment with her last night and she gave me, once again, amazing highlights and a killer cut. I can tell her maybe two details and she makes me hair look amazing. Will definitely continue with Sophia for a long long time!

GREAT SALON!! Filiz my hairdresser/colorist is AMAZING.. She always fixes up my hair when Ive decided to go else were or color myself.. She always accommodates me. The staff is also very friendly
