Ive been to this location twice and both times received less than acceptable service. Despite some other reviews, I didnt wait too long in line (5-10 minutes) however, I was treated disrespectfully by the staff. I politely stepped outside the glass door to avoid disrupting the staff communicating with customers to tape a package shut. As soon as I stepped out (while remaining visible and in the building) the woman behind the counter shouted at me and told me not to take the box out there and to come back in the waiting area immediately. I explained I was trying to be courteous because I knew I was making a lot of noise. Then, I got in line and waited for assistance at which point the same employee proceeded to tell me I needed to fill out a label. I explained I didnt have a pen, and she just pointed to the side of the counter. After feeling extremely embarrassed for being shouted at in front of other customers and feeling upset about the label, I purchased my box and walked out the door. I will not be returning as long as the current staff remains.

If I could rate this USPS center with negative stars I would. This is the most incredibly inefficient location. The employees are rude and the hours are terrible. They start at 11 and then take a lunch break 3 hours later. Rather than being helpful to a mother who brings in her daughter - they chose to have tremendous attitude. I couldnt be more disappointed. Unfortunately, this wasnt the only time. If you have the option to go ANY WHERE ELSE - I highly advise you to.

Ive had multiple issues with my mail not getting delivered and not being available for pickup, but the worst part is the hours. They are only present (and only accept packages) Monday-Friday 11:00am - 2:00pm, 3:00pm - 5:00pm and Saturday from 9am-noon. I have a job - maybe they could let me get there slightly after 5 to mail a box?

2 stars for the service. Only one clerk so the waiting is really bad and hours arent convenient for most of us that have to work. Lets be real, you have to take time off just to come to any post office to handle any special mail because they closed at 5pm. This office closed for their break and its not around noon.

Worst customer service ever. My daughter was looking at the birthday cards and the lady asked me if I was planning in buying a card. I said no and she said so she cant touch those cards. Really? Why does USPS have people like that working with customers? Besides that, big lines most of the time.

I arrived at opening time, about 10 people in line but only one station was open. No sense of urgency. I was 5th in line and waited 20 minutes. I cant help but compare this to my experience yesterday at the UPS Store, where they want to please the customer and I was in and out in a minute.

Whatever happened to just being kind? I dont understand why a smile, a greeting or just simple customer service has gone out the window. Its ashame, and it is missed. Unfortunately this post office is just not a happy or friendly place.

Its quiet. Tucked away in the corner of a large shopping center. Open only between really specific time periods everyday. But it is a US Pist Office and if youre willing to wait a little longer in queue, they get the job done.

Opens at 11am and closes at 2pm? I basically have to take time off work to pick up a package. Line has been terribly slow both times I have come here.

Normally run with one employee instead of two. Line is always out the door. Weekly hours are a joke! 11am-2pm / 3pm - 5pm. Nice 5 hour work day!!

Theres only one postal worker on duty regardless of how many people are in line. So wear comfortable shoes because youll be waiting a while.
