Ive ordered several things online, and every time it comes from the post office it gets lost!!! I was supposed to leave for vacation YESTERDAY. My package says its been delivered for 3 days now, and guess what!!!! Still no package. I went to the post office and they continue to tell me its been delivered, and they will call when they figure things out. TERRIBLE!!! Last month I ordered something from Amazon, and the same thing! My package went missing. Amazon returned my money and resent the package through UPS and guess what, when they said they delivered it, it was actually delivered. Now whats crazy is 2 weeks later the package that the post office said was delivered showed up. How does that even happen????? This is the 4th time that my mail has been lost! Its getting down right ridiculous, Im still waiting on a package from 3 months ago that a friend sent me. Im glad that it wasnt life or death because Id be dead! GET IT TOGETHER! This is why people will start using FedEx and UPS....because this is becoming to frequent.

My mail guy (who works out of this office) just drove right on by and missed my package pickup AGAIN. The CRAZIEST PART is that I had a package delivered to my doorstep! I am not complaining about the overall post office - they are decent. I am complaining about my carrier who comes to the Retreat At West Creek. He has missed at least 5 pickups in the past year from my home business. I have pickups every single day with orders going out. I have scheduled the pickups online every single day. How do you deliver a package yet miss the USPS tub full of packages that is right in front of the door as scheduled? Honestly, Im scared to be on the road with people who are this unconscious. Ill be wasting another hour of my time on Monday to speak with his supervisor (and hopefully the supervisor of his supervisor) to try and get this straightened out.

The people in this P.O. are the rudest ever. We have 4 houses on a long dirt road and 5 mph speed limit signs posted because our kids play outside. We asked the mail carrier to please slow down and he got mad and decided that he is not going to deliver our packages. I met the the postmaster at this office and she says that "the driver feels threatened so he will not deliver our packages anymore". This is total BS and I hope to meet with the Head Postmaster to try to get this resolved. Now if I have a package to large for my mail box I have to drive 15 miles each way to pick it up and deal with the rude people at this PO.

I constantly get my neighbors mail. I have had enough of this mess. Mail service gets worse and worse every month and every year. I keep getting my neighbors mail and I continue to get junk mail from advertisers I have been taken off mailing lists for. Postal delivery person does not look at addresses. My address is: 2525Glenstone Place Richmond VA,23233. MY NEIGHBORS ADDRESS IS: 2025 Glenstone Place Richmond VA 23233. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH TIS POST OFFICE. post office employees are very RUDE!!!!!!!

Yay for yet another misdelivered package and no way to follow up. The customer service when trying to get a resolution is horrendous. Whats the point in being able to track packages if the carrier is going to constantly misdeliver? Going into the facility they never have supplies stocked when using the self service kiosk. The in face experience is the dollar store quality vs Saks 5th Ave at the Starling location. Anyone leaving this location five stars clearly works there.

I tried to call this location for some information on a package. After pushing a million buttons it finally said it would transfer me to a HUMAN representative. It said that my estimated wait time was between 1 hours and 15 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes. They did not even open their doors more than an hour ago yet people are waiting over an hour. This has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

These people are the worst. No matter how many time I say it, no matter how many forms I fill out, no matter who I talk to, the never even try and deliver anything larger than my mail box to my house. They always send it back to post office.

Awful. Mail carrier is always giving me my neighboers mail from across the street. Her address is 2025 Glenstone Place and my address 2525 Glenstone place. The mail carrier never looks at adresses. This gets worse every year.

Went on vacation for 10 days and placed a hold on mail. When returned, only received mail normally get in a single day. Tried to call. Was told hold time was between 1 hr and 90 minutes before someone could take the call

Full service post office. Theres usually a line for postal services such as package weighing, insured letters, etc. but theres a self service option in the lobby that helps.

Ive called many usps offices over the years. This one answered right away once, has been busy at other call times. Thank goodness for people who know more than machines.

Horrible customer service. Dont ask you how you want it sent so overcharged me. Plus were to lazy to get the "fragile" stamp for me and told me to write it on there!!

Never ever rely on USPS, they delivered my work authorization document to some one else address. And i have to follow the USCIS for another card. Dont use it ever
