Added a new computer a few months back and kept the same printer (5+ year old). They started off playing together okay, but for some reason the printer was getting crankier each day. Finally it wouldnt print at all. Gordon responded quickly and fixed the problem without either one of us needing to leave home. And hes a really nice guy! What more could anyone want? Gordon King was punctual, professional, and resolved all my problems that had been plaguing me over the last several months. After downloading an AVG Clean Up program, the computer literally froze. It is now running better than when I bought it, and Gordon gave me several clues and insights as to how to avoid future problems.
