Today I had the pleasure of meeting the employees of CPR. I had a phone emergency, there was a something stuck in my charger port of my Galaxy 6, I was told by my insurance my only option was to pay a $150 claim deductible and they could send me a refurbished phone. There was nothing wrong other than the little bit of my broken charger that I could not get out, apart from that the phone was in perfect working condition. So I ended up at CPR. I was greeted by two really friendly guys who I explained my problem to. They took it in the back did their magic and had it back to me in less than 2 minutes. When I asked what I owed them I was told that I didn’t owe them anything is was a super easy fix. My husband and I stayed talking to them for a little bit and got some recommendations on good phone cases and screen protectors. I always feel sales associates want to just sell items and don’t care if they are what you are looking for, this was not the case today. They explained about different items and their pros and cons, as well as the best items for what we were looking for instead of the most expensive thing they could sell us. We ended up getting a great deal on exactly what we needed, they then installed everything for us, and took the time to explain some of the features on my husband’s phone that have been puzzling him. I could not have asked for a better experience, I highly recommend CPR for all of your cell phone needs, I am confident that they will solve all of your issues in just the perfect manner!

From the initial email/phone call to the visit to the store and the actual work on our HTC cell phone, Mike was professional, honest and thorough. Initially I had little hope that the phone was going to be saved - HTCs are NOT meant to be worked on by anyone but HTC. Our problem was with the power button and daughter board. Well, Mike worked some sort of magic because the phone is working. Im completely satisfied and HIGHLY recommend CPR in Stafford. There was no charge outside the bench fee of $55 for this particular job. Thanks again, Mike!!!

I actually went to Verizon before I came to this store. I was told by the Verizon technician that I would have a significant cost savings if I tried CPR before sending my phone to Verizon. I took his advice and went to CPR and had my camera fixed in an hour and under 100 dollars. The customer service at CPR was excellent and they were helpful. I am going back today to get them to fix my computer. I am very pleased with their service.

My LCD and screen were broken and they fixed both for a great price! Any other place wouldve charged me $100 just to get the screen alone repaired and I cant even fathom what the Apple Store would want. My phone is good as new, Im so happy with it. Im also glad that I got the tempered glass. I had no idea what is was but it has came in handy. Employees are also very kind and helpful. Id recommend this place to anyone.

We were impressed with the knowledge, service and price to fix our phones. Broken screen, low battery charge, phone getting hot were some of the issues. The price was much less than was quoted by other places and a lot more economical than buying new ones. They took time to explain the issues and options and fixed it within 20 minutes. We also bought a case that has twice the life. Very impressive!!!

They greet you with smile as soon as you walk in. They are so advanced and absolutely amazing at fixing phones. They know what is wrong with your phone in less than 5 minutes and also able to fix the problem in less than 10 minutes unless your phone is really bad. I bought iPhone 6s in to be repaired for water damage, the store was super clean and modern. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue at hand. They fixed it in a timely manner and was pleased with the excellent customer service! Hopefully I wont have another phone emergency, but I would go back and Id recommend anyone that has a phone problem go there as well.

I went into this location after visiting a couple other places and this staff was the most helpful by far. I was able to get my note 4 microphone fixed and will be bringing it back to fix the screen in a couple days. Extremely courteous and friendly store personnel. I have had two phones repaired here. One of my phones was dropped and thankfully they just reconnected a loose wire. They could have charged me much more and I would have been none the wiser. I very much appreciate their integrity and honesty.
