One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had! My phone suddenly went dead and would not turn on or charge. I took it to the Verizon store where they looked at it a little bit and told me they could not get it to work and told me I would have to wait a couple of days to receive a new phone under warranty and that nothing on the old phone could be retrieved unless I had backed it all up to the Verizon cloud. Frustrated, I asked for other options and was told I could try the uBreakiFix store next to the Game Stop. I went over there and they fixed it in about 20 minutes while I waited. And they did it no charge! They would not take money for from me for fixing it! Without a doubt among the best customer service I have ever received.

My iPod Touch screen was shattered by a collision with the cement steps at my apartment. I called uBreakiFix the next day and they had a replacement screen in stock. I brought it in later that afternoon, and they were done fixing it within two hours! Everything looks/works as good as new, and the staff was extremely friendly. It cost $129 (before sales tax), but it was worth it because I could trust they knew exactly what they were doing and would get it done quickly and correctly. I am so happy my iPod is fixed!

Excellent!!! From the customer service to the knowledge of fixing ALL my phones. Even when Apple and AT&T did not know the problem they did!!! They explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. I did not have to send my phones back or get a warranty and the job was completed the same day. Thank you to ubreakifix. Had my cell almost 4 years..loved my HTC but the battery died. I thought all my contact data was lost, which was on the cell. But the technical team at ubreakifix are all knowledgeable and professional and friendly. Solved my problem in a short order... New cell in hand along with all my data. Ill remember to download next time But its important to know they are there and can solve your cell problem. Highly recommend...

I found this store because the BatteriesPlus Bulbs I had an appointment for didnt actually have my part. I was so annoyed. I called this store and the people were very friendly. I was able to walk in and my phone was ready in less than an hour. The people were friendly, explained things well and did a great job on my phone. Its a bit pricy but worth it.

While the service was an hour as stated and the staff were friendly, they added a lot of scuffs to the edges of my phone that werent there before. I assume this was done trying to get the glass off and I know the Google Pixel isnt as common a phone, but I still wish it couldve been done without the extra damage.

Excellent Customer Service Everyone in the whole store is great! Took my tablet this week for repair and they were completely honest about the estimate being higher once they really looked at it, even though it wasnt in their favor, and gave me great suggestions on what I should do.
