After having dealt with Dells customer service for most of my life, I was finally over the hour long phone calls only to still have a malfunctioning computer. I gave RichMod Computers a shot after talking to many of my friends that have worked with him and reading all of the great reviews online. Boy am I glad I did! Neo worked around my hours as a doctorate student and provided me with a seemingly new, fast, quiet, computer that doesnt sound like an airplane trying to take off from the runway anymore. His flexible hours, friendly and fast service, and unbeatable prices were far superior to any other place in the surrounding area. Do yourself a favor and go to RichMod Computers. You wont regret it!!

Great and Reliable service - I had been running around to get my HP laptop fixed for an year now and took it to Neo finally. He replaced the motherboard on the laptop with an inexpensive used mother board. The first replacement did not work properly and he immediately had another one shipped and replaced the faulty one. Its been couple of weeks now and the Laptop has been working great. Best part is that Neo gave a warranty for 1 year on the mother board - which I dont think anyone else would normally offer for such reasonable charges. Would highly recommend !!!!!

Nehemiah is like a computer whisperer. My laptop sat in a local computer shop for weeks until the shop finally gave up on it. I wish I had called Nehemiah first. After speaking with him on the phone, he arranged for me to bring the laptop to him on the day of my call. He called me throughout the process to update me on what was going on. Then, less than 24 hours later, he called to tell me that he had fixed the problem and at a fraction of the cost of big box retailers. I cant recommend RichMod Computers highly enough!

What a GREAT experience. I had an issue that I could not resolve by myself and my computer knowledge was limited. Nehemiah came in...worked quickly...explained things on my level and left with a smile. Affordable and not only earned my business in the future but I will pass his name and number to all of my friends and my put him in the neighborhood directory. So nice to have a great experience in a world filled with not so great experiences.

Definitely worth the call. had an issue with the OS on my system. Geek Squad wanted a ridiculous amount of money to do something i MAY have been able to do myself, but didnt want to risk my VERY expensive laptop. The technician, Neo, came out to my workplace addressed the issue, and did it for much less than the Geek Squad. VERY pleased with the service call.

Absolutely EXCELLENT experience! My laptop had a very stubborn virus that was healed by RichMod in under 24 hours! Im so pleased to have found a very competent, friendly, speedy computer repair technician who doesnt price-gouge. I will be calling RichMod for all of my computer needs in the future and will encourage everyone to do the same. VERY happy customer!

My laptop (that unfortunately is crap anyway) was totally locked up. I freaked...I do not have enough money for a new computer. A friend had used these guys when her desktop caught a virus. Neo fixed the problem but make laptop actually came back faster...Im a total computer idiot and have a low budget. I dont know what I would have done without these guys....

This guy is amazing! He helped me connect my laptop to the internet.. I had a tech from the internet company here and he didnt know anything about the computer and when he left, i STILL had to pay him! Even though he didnt help at all! From now on, Ill go to RichMod Computers for all of my computer problems.

Neo won me over with his fast and inexpensive service. Even being computer literate, there are things that could take me hours to figure out, that will only take him minutes. "Neo Knows" is my new computer motto. If you have computer frustrations, relax and tell yourself, "Neo knows". Well worth it.

In an hour and a half my problem was diagnosed and fixed. The price was very reasonable and Nehemiah was very courteous. He even offered to drive over to my place to pick up the computer. Its been 5 days now and the computer is working great. Ill certainly use him again if anything else breaks!

FANTASTIC work. I had an older PC that was refusing to start up, and Nehemiah was able to help locate the problem for me which in this case was unfortunately a dead motherboard. Nehemiah helped me pick a new motherboard and put together the new system as well. This man is a whiz with computers!

This guy was great. I didnt know what was wrong with my computer so I took it to him and he was able to fix it that same day! He installed virus software on my computer so the problem wouldnt happen again. Very friendly and fast service! I would recommend to all my friends!

He fixed my computer it had a lot of problems i had no clue what to do.. so I found him on line and he fixed it with in 2 days... I was going to take it to best buy and they told me it would take weeks to fix. He is amazing :)

Everything was fixed in a timely manner and I didnt have to deal with the impersonal service that is so typical of those big box stores! I will be back in the future and have already recommended RichMod Computers to my friends.

Neo was very helpful. He has helped me maintain my 3 laptops. One had speakers that didnt work. One had a busted hard drive and wouldnt boot. He reinstalled the operating system on two of my laptops too. Thanks Neo!

Had a nasty virus on my computer that would not let my laptop boot up, it was just stuck at a blue screen. These guys were able to diagnose and fix the problem very fast, best tech support I have ever had.

I got a refurbished Xbox from Neo right before Christmas. The new games I got for Christmas wouldnt work. Within a week, Neo replaced it with a functioning Xbox. Excellent customer service!!!!!
