I use a really old version of dell. It just stopped working the other day and no matter what I tried, it wouldn’t budge. I was skeptical taking it to a repairer partly because I was embarrassed- it’s a really old laptop. And who would have the spare parts anyhow, I was confident I couldn’t find a repairer with a solution. My laptop got fixed and back to normal at geek ABC. I definitely will have to get a new laptop to save some face but I’m glad I didn’t lose some of my best memories saved on this one.
