If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! Just great customer service end to end! I had an Asus laptop with a corrupted drive and which had stopped booting entirely for months; also, my LG G4s entire front panel was shattered recently so I decided to get both fixed at once. So I started calling around and every place had either an inconvenient turnaround time or was way too expensive, with costs for even diagnosing the issues before fixing it. Most required me to drop off the items, wait days for a diagnosis and price, and have to wait even longer for repairs. So I was pleasantly surprised that ABC Computer Repair (Richard) was willing to come to our house at a convenient time for us, pick up the laptop, look at my phone and order the necessary parts right in front of me, and charged nothing for that part of the service. While fixing my laptop we were in consistent contact via text to keep me updated. He then dropped it off back at our house, working flawlessly (he even reinstalled a bunch of software I had told him I use on Windows, and configured several settings to get me started), and proceeded to fix my phone right in front of us in our dining room. Price for all services was very reasonable and he did not discuss making payment until everything was done and he was sure we were completely satisfied. He even let us know to feel free to text him whenever we have any questions at no charge within the next 90 days. Just all-around excellent service and a great experience which I totally didnt expect! I highly recommend this company for any and all electronic repair needs!

Today I want to leave a review about my experience with Mr. Richard from abc computers. First, Mr Richard is one of the nicest and friendliest people you will ever meet. We called him after my old ASUS broke down and he came very speedily to our house. and diagnosed my computer. He also mentioned that he had seen a exact laptop like mine only once before a few years ago. As it turned out the Laptop he saw at that time was mine. His first and honest advice was that I should buy myself a new one. Nevertheless he was kind enough to look up the cost of the necessary replacement parts and figured out that after all a resurrection of my old beloved machine was not out of reach. Since Saturday my laptop is back and let me tell you Mr. Richard has done a marvelous job and much more then I asked. My husband and I will use him and his company for all our future computer related needs. Mr. Richard ..the best I can do for him is giving him the highest rating possible in regards to his expertise and performance.

Id been putting off diagnosing what was wrong with my laptop, limping by relying on my smartphone. Richard G. arrived the same day I requested service, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me options (including estimates). I decided to replace my old laptop. Richard came back the next day to set up my new laptop and printer and to migrate the data from my external hard drive to the new laptop. He was courteous, professional, efficient, competent, and (very importantly for someone like me who is proficient at using working technology, but cant really troubleshoot when theres a problem) not even the tiniest bit of a know-it-all. He gave me my old hard drive, removed another one from an even older laptop for me, and recycled both laptops and my old printer. Id recommend Richard to anyone who doesnt have the time, energy, inclination, or acumen to sort out technology issues and just wants everything to work.

I had the unfortunate experience of accidentally spilling hot chocolate on the keyboard of my six month old Macbook. Two days late two of the keys were stuck. Apple quoted me $700 for the repair. We found Richard on yelp and decided to give him a try. He was super prompt and came by the house twenty minutes later to look at the computer and provide an estimate. He was open about the options that it might fit on the cleaning machine, or that they keyboard might have to be replaced if it wont fit on the machine or wont clean. Ultimately, he was able to clean the entire palm rest, and now the keys work amazingly. He provided us a more than reasonable price, and saved us a great deal of hassle and headache. I would more than recommend his services, and plan on saving his info for future computer catastrophes. Thank you so much, Richard! You helped us so much!

Richard was awesome !! He responded within minutes of my question about getting my laptop repaired. Within an hour he had driven to my apartment, diagnosed my issues, and provided me with a fair estimate. Richard let me updated via text message with the status of the repair, cost of parts, and even photographs of what was causing a lot of the malfunction. We are going to blame Bandit my Shiba Inu for the issues lol. I had originally taken my MacBook Pro to Apple and they wouldnt even look at it since it was a 2009 model. They instead sent me to MicroCenter who then quoted me $500 for a keyboard replacement without even opening it up and taking a look. Turns out it wasnt a keyboard and after replacing some key parts and a little preventive maintenance Richard still came in below their price. Customer for life !

Richard is fantastic. He spent a lot of time setting up my computer and, believe it or not, showing me applications I need in order to be more valuable at my current job and any future jobs. He did not quibble over having to deal with my ignorance of certain necessary computer skills. When he left, I was more educated and inclined to take more chances on the latest applications. One other thing, and there are many good things I could say, I want to point out that he was unhappy with my working on an inferior, outdated computer and was able to provide me with a superior product for a reasonable cost. Richard saved the day! My Asus laptop had a faulty power jack and my attempt at fixing it was a fail...so I text (so convenient!) Richard at around 9pm and he shows up around 11pm to pick up my laptop to repair it by the next day! He drops it off the next day and it worked fine until I noticed a slight problem with my adapter overheating the power jack...so Richard came by and picked it up again and saw that the adapter was causing the issue and replaced it for free, incredible! I highly recommend him, Its rare to find services as excellent as his!!!! Price was fair, well deserved for the work done! Definitely going to ABC Computers next time something goes wrong with my electronics! Thanks!

I did contact this company to help me with my computer, the last snow storm the technician Richard arrive to house even with snow at the time that was schedule the visit, and I receive the best service that I request and even a long hour of free teaching update on computer safety use procedures of this days, for a very affordable price, I was ready before to do a review, but today I have a attack from email or something, I called ABC Computers Repair again and they take care of the issue over the internet at no cost, as part of the warranty I like the way they keep the word and the reputation high I recommend this guys 100%
