Mr. Hartman is very good at what he does! When I was a kid my mom used to take out computers into him when they needed fixed, just recently I realized my camcorder malfunctioned and I thought I lost everything of my sons first year! I took everything into Mr. Hartman and he was able to save all the videos for me! This meant more to me than he will ever know!

Tim is a great repair tech and trouble shooter. I have nothing but great things to say about him. He takes the time to go over the work and gives you a list of options. I only take my computers to him.
