There are times when you need to be a little skeptical about a place that gets so many 5-star reviews. This isnt one of those times... RockIT Repairs is truly a top-notch repair shop that performs excellent work while delivering an awesome customer-first service. Ive gone to the store in Stafford a couple of times to get glass installed on my new iPhone 7 and perform configuration work on my Amazon Fire TV box. Each time the guys have been extremely friendly and helpful in working on my needs as well as learning a great deal about anti-virus software pros and cons while they assisted another customer with her computer issues. Their prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them over any IT repair location including Verizon or Apple if you want a low-cost/high-quality repair/add-on/custom configuration service. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Worst expirence ever. Dropped off an iPod 5 for screen replacement. Was told it would be done the next day between 12 and 2 and would receive and email when its ready. It was almost 4 and decided to go up there. When I got there I was told they had no idea what iPod I was talking about and it found it in the exact place the dude left it the day before when I dropped it off. The man working told me he didnt know anything about it. Okay fine. He told me it would be done first thing in the morning the following day. Received no email or call and around 3 I decided to go back and see if it was done. They were just finishing up as I walked in. They decided to only give me 10% off which is BS considering when I got home it wouldnt restore. I dont know what they did but my iPod is no longer useable. Even with a new screen. If I could give them 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went to RockIT repair to ask what it would cost to fix my old laptop. I had bought it reconditioned and it worked fine but while on travel I broke the power input thing on the back, breaking the plastic case, etc. RockIT gave me a price and explained I may have cracked the motherboard as well. I knew they werent making it up because my son had warned me of this exact thing when I told him what happened. Anyway, I was reluctant to spend too much on a reconditioned machine, so I asked what they had available for sale used. They gave me a great machine at a great price and transferred all my stuff over. Im really happy with RockIT Repair, and Id definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Once the parts arrived to repair coffee damage to the keyboard, Josh completed the job in less than one hour. The parts were the same price as Amazon, and the labor rate was more than fair. For about $110 I got the equivalent of a new $1500 laptop. Im a happy guy and I plan to steer as much business their way as possible. I am the most "difficult to please" customer you will encounter; and, I am rarely impressed with IT geeks (I was one for 30 years). Rockit Repair exceeded my expectations and displayed a quintessential professional demeanor.

Even though they did a good job I was really upset being charged over 200.00 and I found out I could have paid only 129.00 and paid cheaper for my screen protector... as well.. the guy told me that I needed the extra screen due to the way it was cracked and I was told by the guy at Verizon who had taken a look at it prior to me taking it to them that my screen was not at all damaged that bad to had to pay that much.

Quick turn around, quality work. My complaint is that a customer in front of me was discounted $40.00 for the same repair as myself. When I asked about this I shouldve been speaking to the wall. I wouldve accepted any response other than "sorry". This frustrated me even further when I was asked to buy a case for my phone, when I already had my case on my hand.

My Samsung phone fell out of my hand face forward on the kitchen floor and the glass shattered. I took it to RockIT Repairs and it only took them a week to order the glass. Once the glass arrived I brought my phone in for them to replace it and within a few hours my phone was fix. I recommend them to anyone who needs a phone repaired.

Took my iPhone 7+ to Apple for a screen replacement who refused to touch it for less than a small fortune because of a small dent. RockIT Repairs had me in and out in 30 minutes, for half the price. Cant match this quality of work and parts for the price. Definitely recommend taking your phone here. Have done the cheapest in town before and my phone wasnt the same again. Absolutely amazing service. A month ago I brought in my Samsung Note 5 and Erik replaced the glass in 10 minutes flat. Just today, my laptop screen went out and I took it straight to these guys and Erik once again had it fixed in minutes. These guys are great and they are very fairly priced.

Super fast and the price was well under what I expected. I had the back of my s7 replaced and they charged below 45 dollars. They also had work complete within 15 minutes THANK you for the great work I hope I dont need you again but if I do I will be right in.

Great service and repair! Have a 2010 Apple iMac with 1 TB HD that was full and the computer was super slow especially when using photos. RR added an extra 1 TB SSD. The computer is now super fast -it is like having a new iMac for a fraction of the cost
